Perhaps I'll start with a lyrical digression: once my husband and I dreamed of moving to the Czech Republic. Manila is a country with its home comfort and incredible beauty of architecture. However, having been on vacation, in the fall of 2019, in sunny Spain, namely in the wonderful town of Alicante, it was decided to move to Spain, closer to the sea). Then a pandemic began and we got a little sad, because an action plan for the move had already been drawn up.
In the vastness of instagram, I came across a page of a very positive and smiling girl Olga, who spoke not only about the peculiarities of life in Europe, but also about moving, buying real estate, etc.
Since there was no opportunity to come, the borders were closed, Olya talked about the fact that it is possible to buy real estate remotely, which is not typical of our people (how can you buy and "not touch")))) Evening advice at the table and here we are decided to take a chance and trust the experience of Olga and Carlos, which we never regretted. The guys found us a nice apartment according to our budget and started preparing for the deal. Of course, we were worried about how everything would go, whether there would be any obstacles from abroad, and only a detailed explanation of the guys finally calmed us. They advised us on all possible and impossible issues, but what is really there, we literally became akin to Olya and Carlos))) But the most interesting was ahead. After all, we bought an apartment as an investment and buying is only half the battle, we still need to prepare it for delivery and find respectable tenants! And we can't even leave in Russia. As a result, Carlos did the impossible: from an ordinary, standard apartment, it turned out, almost, almost luxury real estate in which he wanted to live by himself. Seeing the photographs of the apartment after the magic of Carlos's decoration, we did not believe that this was our apartment. The apartment was rented out in a matter of days at a good price.
