Very busy place to be in the morning. I didn't realize there were seven different buildings. I haven't been to Restaurant Row for many, many years.

I only go there for immigration purposes and once for Ruth's steak house.

Only walked past so cannot really give a proper review.

It's such a shame that you need to nickel and dime your customers on parking with a system that doesn't even work. Your lousy validation stickers don't even discount a ticket's time properly. This is a great system to stress out the tenants you keep by making them have to deal with customers of theirs when they get scammed by your system that doesn't even do what it's supposed to do.

Haunted labyrinth offices reminiscent of an MC Esher drawing, and a few remaining good restaurants. Last popular as a gathering place 20 years ago. Parking lot is a pedestrian hazzard.

Right portions, but a bit noisy ...could not hear conversation amongst people at table.

I love this place because I work here and love the guys and gals I work with. I've been here about 4 years plus and only have good things about my working environment.

From the initial greeting entering to exiting was sincere. Our waiter Ry was excellent. He spoke clear and very neat appearance. He introduced himself and and knew the menu very well. He also gave good recommendations on food and drinks. The bus boy Danny also introduced himself well and was very attentive to us while juggling his other duties. The two gentlemen worked very well together. The minus one star was the seating. The location and table size was perfect but the gentleman next to me kept using his super bright cellphone light to see the menu, which brings me to the lighting. It was well lite but just not good lighting at the tables. The other concern was the ventilation. I was noticing that smoke from the oyster rockafeller from different tables seemed to gather in our corner. I wasnt sure if there was a return shaft above us. Last but not least, the lady with the raspy voice scare me every time she unexpectedly checked on us. Overall, I would definitely recommend Ruth Chris to all my friends and return for more visits and/or special occasions.

An interesting group of businesses, on bus route, gathered there over the years. Parking off & on street. Secuity office, but don't ask for anything about, no bicycle seats, disapering while visiting there, "Oh, yah we have vidio servalence camera, but they don't the bicycle rack next to the security office'

Relaxed spot. You can see the ships go in and out, people catching waves, throw some food on the grill or do some fishing at night and see plenty of night sky action. Plus got multiple tables to gather at under the shade and a little spot to jump in and cool off while the sun does its thing. BYOD and take ya slippas off.

Great little place a lot of people that come straight from the ship don't know that the WiFi is amazing keep it that way, there's a few good shops here and a super bar and restaurant, recommended nice and peaceful plenty of seating to.

Visited Insight a fingerprint, passport photo agency. Was told prior to my visit that fingerprint cost is less than $20 but when you get there suddenly it goes up by another $2, I don't get that. Be on the alert when you get a rate about any service.

Buildings are hard to navigate and parking now expensive, however there are a lot of great stores in the complex.

I went to Ruth's Chris steak house and the food was supurb. The service was excellent... the dinner was very pricey, but well worth the price. I don't recommend eating here all the time unless you have money to burn, once in a while is highly recommended.

Restaurant row and row bar and now so many doctors offices

It would have been very good if it had the number address in front of the entrance. GPS was directing me on the opposite side of the block, tracking was off. If your looking for Ohana Media Group (OMG) entrance is on South St. Directory in lobby does not show OMG, you'll have to go straight up to the 5th floor. You'll see a sign on glass door at the lobby entrance Hawaii Dental something something suite 300, take the elevator up to OMG.

Strongest free wifi in the area. Only problem here is the security. -#Race Profiling Alert -So grab a water from subway or something then you wont look like your loitering.

We dined at Ruth's Chris Steakhouse. The food was fabulous, the waiter was even better than fabulous his service was impeccably awesome! Thank you for making our mother's Memorial a great time.

Great for gift shopping and women's dresses, men's sportswear.

Expensive parking! When you shop at some of the businesses here (e.g. Hokulani Bake Shop), you will receive parking validation for 1.5 hours. If you are there for other business (e.g. USCIS), you will need to go to another business for you validation. When we were at USCIS, it took us two hours. With a validation from Hokulani this left us with roughly 30 minutes of paid parking. TWELVE DOLLARS! That's a Dollar every 2.5 minutes. We wanted to park in the structure, not buy the structure...

No more Restaurant Row, but still so.e cool places. Be sure to visit Nocturna Lounge. Awesome place!

It's a nice area, but there isn't much here for consumers.

Lots of great food options. I like the little place next to the Immigration office, Spam, eggs & rice - yummy!

Different restaurants (about 5+) at restaurant row. Alot of seatings in the plaza to enjoy your lunch with friends or by yourself. There is also a pharmacy in the plaza, parking available and make sure to have it so they can validate the parking ticket. Anyways, good affordable places in the plaza (food wise).

So much business around here. It feels safe and its always so clean around those buildings.

They need to get more food places in here asap. Vino and Ruth Chris both have decent happy hours to eat good food for cheap

Held our Annual BOD Mahalo Dinner...there at Ruth Chris steakhouse at Waterfront, Restaurant Row...Our party of 15ppl enjoyed Delicious Steaks, Lobster, stuffed mushrooms, several side dishes, etc,...ending with a nice sorbet, or hot bread pudding...great service from our server Alan and couple others.

I'm giving 5 stars for the Spine Surgery Center Dr, Wang and his excellent staff. ( on the 3rd floor, first building ).
They are very professional , friendly and do a great job!

I highly recommend the place and the Pain management office associated with it.

Went to Vino Italian restaurant. I see why they won best Italian restaurant and best Wine bar. Superb!

The whole Plaza is great with the shopping and dining I really enjoy this section of Honolulu when I'm visiting.

The best steak restaurant in the area is located here, yes... Ruth's Chris Steakhouse serves the most extraordinary steaks you will ever experience, with exceptional service.

They have parking, and the parking ticket can be validated at the stores if you make even a small purchase.
