Worked here. This company is owned by Magellan Health. My boss not only told my team she thought I was "on the autism spectrum", she told other co-workers and colleagues. Then she started targeting myself and another team member, who was a disabled veteran. When I went to Magellan Health HR, nothing was done and she remained my supervisor. The targeting intensified and I eventually left. No one ever truly investigated or acted, even though Magellan Health HR said my complaint was corroborated.
There is so much more I witnessed during my tenure there, and many employees were affected by the toxic environment. If you are considering working there or becoming a participant in the IRIS program, you may want to reconsider.
