TMedia Business Solution is very bad company ever in IT Sector. Lots of points need to check before join this company. 1. anytime they can change the Company policy. 2. No management. 3. never on time salary. 4. past employees pending salary. 5. work environment poor, rigid timing and work, no appreciation. 6. Don't care about the employee timing and understanding 7. No leave policy if you want to take a leave than you need to hear lots of thing. 8. no working growth - in technology, in knowledge, every cases. 9. no clients no proper work My experience was very bad for this company. better to find genuine company instead of TMedia Business Solution.
