I have worked with TMC for almost 9 years. I enjoy working for a company where I feel valued and appreciated. Over the course of 9 years, I have worked in 10 states. I can honestly say the culture that TMC promotes is unlike anything I have ever been a part of. At TMC, we provide therapy services but our goal is to make a positive difference in the lives of everyone we come into contact with. I am proud to be part of the TMC family.

I have 26+ years of experience with majority in a management role and I can honestly say this is the worst company I ve ever had the misfortune to work with.
First, they keep things from you during your interview/hiring process-most important was status of the customer contract-I wasn t told the building contract was in a corrective action status and in jeopardy of losing the contract within the next 30-60 days. I was setup for complete failure from the beginning.
Next, the orientation was to say the least-nonexistent. I had 3 days at another site with a manager who went over email set up, clock in/out, basic daily report used in morning calls, and watch 6-7 very generic videos.
Then I was left in my building with either an area director (who was also new) and didn t have any idea how to navigate through their propriety software for e-documentation and never provided any help or guidance on where to get help to learn their very convoluted system. I ended up asking one of my employees on where to enter my patients charges/notes. My area director was much too busy talking to everyone about her busy weekend, her parents visits, how much her teeth cost, how bad her hair looks, how horrible her regional director was, basically anything else but the reason we were all in the building-to work.
I was not provided any type of work space, desk, chair, private HIPPA compliant area to perform my duties. My chair was a rolling stool with absolutely no back support and my desk was a bedside table and a 2 drawer file cabinet. I asked area manager, regional manager and building director with absolutely no support or guidance.
I ve talked to 2 of the 4 directors in my area and both are just disgusted with how this company is ran and just how little the upper management cares about the daily happenings in their buildings and only focused on the bottom line.
If offered-don t accept or you ll be sorry in the end.

TMC has allowed me to grow in the healthcare world while also finding my passion. They continue to support me in all aspects and lift each team member up during this challenging time we are all facing. Covid-19 has taught each of us to think outside the box while transforming our processes to continue growing while providing top quality care to our patients.

In the five years that I've been with TMC, I've been given lots of opportunities to grow and expand my knowledge. My supervisors over the years have been focused on how best to cultivate my interests, and I feel the work I do every day makes a difference for our therapists and patients. I really enjoy interacting with our newest team members during onboarding, because it lets me set the stage for their overall experience with TMC. TMC is dedicated to growing sustainably and providing great care for the patients we serve.

I have been a recruiter with TMC for 10 years and I absolutely love it! I was a recruiter with another therapy and when TMC came into Alabama I made the decision to join them. I have never regretted it. TMC is like a breath of fresh air! If you are looking for a company that values you and wants to help you grow - then TMC is the place for you!
