I have bought a newly completed condo unit of Oasis 2 Mutiara Heights from TLS Group in May 2019.
What amazes me is the service provided by the staffs is just above my expectation! The property sales staff had attended to all my queries during the process of purchase & even the loan application with Ambank was a hassle free one.
I have taken the key of my condo unit 2 months ago & the defect team staff Ms Renee has helped to get the rectification work done in less than 2 weeks time.
Now I m the happy owner of Oasis 2 & I m enjoying the perfect view & can even see KL Tower & the new skyscraper The Exchange 106 tower from my balcony every day!
Local great humble develper who delivery project on time with promise qualities. : )
At 1436sf their Opal Residence condo price is very reasonable but i didnt buy it due to changing requirements. They refunded me my booking fee as agreed.
Poor workmanship especially on empty tiles. Better find other developer.

Hi, I am the resident of Mutiara Villa, Kajang. My unit is now having serious problem of roof water leaking (AGAIN). Around middle year of 2017, the serious water leaking had already happened in my unit through the windows and rooftop. The contractor who assigned by TLS stated to us that all the problems had been solved. YET, the same frustrating ptoblem comes once again. It is much much more frustrating by receiving reluctant responses from TLS. Your side replied me that the rooftop needs to be maintained for 1 to 2 times in a year, and TLS will not bear the responsibility. EXCUSE ME???! The TLS-built rooftop is so fragile??? I am now worrying every single corner of my unit now. Since, TLS as the developer can't even ensure the quality and security of the rooftop of a landed building, what else can we hope from you?
Can you please justify your statement, which the rooftop actually needs to be maintained 1 to 2 times in a year? Perhaps I would need to climb up to sweep and dry the rooftop after every rain for the maintenance??? What material did TLS used for our rooftop water proofing that make TLS concluded that frequent maintenance is needed? Is it concrete?
Well, this is what I saw on the rooftop (Photo). The contractor had just simply use concrete to solve the water leaking problem. Cultivation of algae on rooftop This is so ridiculous!!! I know that there are other residents in Mutiara Villa facing the same problem. Obviously, bad quality built-up!!! TLS please response.
