TLR and Sons Hydraulic Review

This company is a great place for all your Hydraulic needs. They work hard on locating unusual and rare parts , making sure the customers jobs are completed with the correct parts in timely manner. As with a lot of the local companies around the Permian Basin all have their ups and downs, if ever a problem the owner will work hard to make things right.

Told me part would be ready on Monday. I went in at 11:00 a.m. to pick it up. They told me it would be 3 more hours because they found another problem to fix. I came back on Wednesday. Told me it was done and they would bring it out to my truck "in a second".That they had to test it. After an hour passed, I walked in the shop to see what in the blue blazes was going on, and the part had not been tested still. Still waiting on the part...

I've had multiple situations arise and tried calling multiple company's to help out with the situations however I've been turned down for multiple reasons, Cannot get it done in a certain amount of time, not being able to get parts, not being able to complete what we are needing... However TLR sons has been willing to take on challenges and bend over backwards to make sure we are back up and running with getting the repairs done in a fast amount of time, better than what I expected out of any company. Above and beyond recognition to Kim for communicating with me and keeping me up to date, excellent customer service and that's hard to find now a days. For all the mechanics who are behind the scene pulling all this off in such a timely manner. Thank you. This company treats their clients like family and I live for this. Very knowledgeable staff! I got to talk to Tom, the owner, personally. He called me back from his personal cell phone number and gave me the advice that I needed. The reviews about him that these people wrote below are not the impression that I got from him. No one else could tellme what the issue was with my cylinder, but tom resolved over the phone. This is the worst company that I have ever done business with. Tom is a thief and a lier that will not do right on anything.

One of the few people in the area but did not like there service! Spent almost 10k on replacing all the hoses with non conductive hoses on our bucket truck. And we have almost had to replace everyone of them again because they are all blowing out by the crimps
