I notice in a lot of their research studies, they ask people to volunteer to take medication that could potentially have devastating life-altering side effects. What kind of person do you have to be to knowingly poison someone and ruin any kind of life they had? I called to ask for information and spoke with an executive, who specifically and personally demeaned me when trying to educate and ask questions. That is not very professional. Based on that experience, they get 1 Star. If there was a Zero Star, I would click on that instead.

You can come here to make some extra cash.. They have a whole bunch of different types of studies you can do, from overnight sleep studies, drug studies, and cosmetic studies. From toothpaste to psych meds.. Do whatever you're comfortable with.

Some studies are worth it others require taking too many visits. Older lady at desk needs to get off her high horse and communicate like a professional; she talks to you like you're stupid. She has an easy job and acts like the world is stressing her as she sits and does monkey labor. I would recommend, depending on the study.

They have many different studies which allow you to try out new products and get paid. Staffs are friendly. Plenty of parking. Very moden, clean, and professional facility.

This place for real is a joke it s the second time we showed up for a pediatric study and in fact early one was on the hottest day of the year and today on s snowy day drove over 45 minutes in this bad weather just to find out that they were overbooked and all spots were filled..I even called back to confirm that I wasn t going to be cancelled again like last time of course the answer was NO...Everyone says oh it s not my fault talk to the coordinator talk to the recruiter blah blah and nobody has any decent explanation...Never again to this place...They don t value your safety or time..First of all on the day of an inclement weather they should have rescheduled the study I somehow managed to drive home safe...Thank God but never again to TKL this is the only place that does overbooking and sends people home....Good Bye !!!!

Good place to get extra cash. But it's always packed and if you don't have patcience. Your screwed!!!!!

I started doing a new study today. Look forward to it. Receptionist was a nice lady who took care of me and asked me for identification to give me paperwork to fill out. After which I was taken back to the room where they went over my information and we started the study.

Very nice people been going there never had no problem
