Awesome hotel inside the Vail Village. It's in the center of village, everything is very close to it.

Great stay at the lodge. First let s talk about the location. Short 2 min walk and your are in the best part of the village near the gondola.
Breakfast is ordered via a door hanger card the day prior and is extremely affordable considering this hotel class.
The staff are extremely helpful and nice trying to solve any dilemma. I had a third party booking that messed up my reservation and the hotel bend over backwards trying to fix another persons mistake.
Cookies were amazing, soft and chewy , get them before they are gone.
Pillows were good, not too flat or bulky, just right with a comfortable bed.
The only thing that was confusing was how to get the shower started. Switching from bath flow to uppers shower requires you to pull a ring washer around bath faucet where the water exits. I just saved you a front desk call.

We had the best time at Tivoli, the staff was so nice giving us tips for the restaurants and rides around, the location is amazing, you are just a few minutes walking from Gondola One and Golden Peak, the lockers for skiis make everything easier.
The breakfast was just okay, but it is pretty convenient for leaving early in the morning.
The hotel dog, Racer, is just the cherry on top.

Our stay was fantastic! Jarrod at the front desk went above and beyond. In an era where great customer service seems to be a thing of the past, Jarrod raised the bar and went beyond our expectations. The lodge itself was impeccably well maintained and the mountain view from our balcony was breathtaking

great place. good service. clean rooms. freindly staff. Rex is the man. 5 min walk to two different lifts. 5 min walk to the down town. hot tube a bit hot (for me)will return

The front desk was nice and helped us with up-to-date knowledge on activities in the area. The rooms were nice and clean, with fresh towels at the door daily (to prevent human interaction, during COVID times). We also enjoyed a view of the New Years fireworks, from the room, and a relaxing soak in the spacious hot tub.

Staff is great. Very friendly and helpful, nice rooms, even got a balcony mountain view. Definitely recommend

Absolutely excellent place to stay, the staff make covid19 restrictions seamless in the way they handled, very courteous. Jhonny at the front desk did a fantastic job.
