Poorly ran company. Management is a title more than a role. One manager in particular let's her title go to her head and thinks that allows her to treat people however she wants. This company makes promises they know they are unable to keep in regards to jobs and payments. Multiple times have shorted checks by hundreds of dollars for jobs already completed. Unable to maintain business with clients which scatters their drivers not knowing where they will send them next. Horrible company, inexperienced, poor professionalism, despicable leadership.

The worst driving job I have ever had. I was promised $300.00 for orientation, then was told it was only$200.00. I signed on for a $1000.00 week guarantee. I was offered a better job. I turned in my notice but decided to stay 2 hours later. Was told it wouldn't effect my guarantee. Didn't pay me on first check the next week. Told I was ready to roll. Same thing the next week no guarantee. Again told I was ready to roll. Was also told my 90 days would be up August 15th and eligible for benits August 1st. So I made July 30th my last day. On my last check they took the benefits out $425.00 2 days before benefits were even available to me. My advice is to stay far away from this employer. I am in process of seeking legal advice.

We love working with the team at Titus! They work hard to improve the business every day for both their employees and clients. They are professional, communicative, friendly, and organized. Highly recommended!

3/8/21 Driver pulling a Premier trailer with Titus Transportation Logo on back. License Plate: Oklahoma AC7378.. Was texting on Phone and cut me off on the Hardy Toll Road in Houston almost wiping out the whole from of my truck.. I blew horn at him and he caught an attitude changed lanes and brought his window directly across from my window and pointed a GUN at me and then swerved like trying to run me off the road.. I reported it to the police.. African American guy with two Gold Rope chains on and wearing a baseball cap. He exited Gellhorn off of 610 East in Houston. Probably went to the distribution center over there.. Called a number from online and spoke to female dispatcher who told me to call another number and report it. To accidents and incidents.. REALLY.. You call them!

5:55 am on us30 near illiana speedway jul,26,2020 nearly got ran off the road by one of their trucks because he was doing 60 in a 45 zone and was weaving threw traffic without using turnsignals. Thank God there was a sholder to swerve onto otherwise I would have been hit by the driver. Blue semi with a white trailer

Worked there for a month. I did the math and realized I would make more money as a server at Denny's than working here. With a CDL. Oh no baby. Oh but one dude that kept me there was fine..

Do not work here. They will promise a certain pay and not follow through. They are always changing the schedule last minute so when you don't show up you end up getting in trouble and they will not notify you. Pay is horrible. And there is so much down time. But when you are caught not doing anything you get in trouble even if there is no drivers or work to be done! This company will promise you a set schedule. But will act like you never discussed it and lie and manipulate you just to be able to go home on time. If you do get a job here expect to only be here for a short time. Drivers are gods there and you are their slaves. Accept that. Ive had some pretty crappy jobs in the past but this one tops the list.

Great place to work. They are willing to give you the tools and training necessary to succeed. The family atmosphere with my co-workers helps make my work environment enjoyable and rewarding.

This place claims to be a family owned amd operated business !! FAIL ! Titus transportation/nea enterprises is a joke of a company ! They will get their use out of you and kick you to the curb when they are done using you ! They will lie and tell you anything you want to hear and smile while sticking you in the back. Their equipment is horrible and not even D.O.T. compliant their csa scores are horrible and then they will file bankruptcy and go under another name . their management has no experience whatsoever and the blue collars that work there are treated like garabage . they expect you to run illegal logs and illegal equipment and if it fails its your fault ! Steer far far away from this company! Be aware of Brent hagenbuch, Paul Meissner, Calvin Walker ,Derek Lindsay, Luke Morrell, Dave Busche , etc.

One of the worst Companies I've worked for in my entire trucking career. The Williamsport location is very unorganized and only two of the ladies in the office know what they are doing. Their equipment is also the worst. The Eld doesn't work in most of their trucks and their trailers are beat up so bad they are just duck tape on wheels. DO NOT WORK HERE.

You know every company has its up and down just like every job. I personally have work for both big dollar companies and mom and pop. Currently I'm a driver for Titus in Denton,TX and absolutely love it!! Its not your bump dock get fat kind of company. This job is a local gig to be home everyday plus they have regional that driver's enjoy as well. We haul freight for ALDI so we load our own trailers and unload them at the store with electric pallet jacks and its not that difficult if you don't mind working a bit. Pay is every friday and the staff at the terminal and corporate are awesome. The best part is the owners of the company do talk with the drivers and they are really down to earth folks.

I went to orientation because I was approved to go. Then after riding on a bus to get there, and arriving to orientation. Later in the day they said I wasn't approved and that I wasn't a good fit for Titus. The person's at this office don't know what's going on and have no idea the effort it took to get to this location. I would let anyone who is this King about going to make sure that you are a good fit as they put it to me.

Learn the method of loading and unloading the freight is food that stacked. The money is there for you to make but it's about the stores and the miles. I've personally made up to 1,400 in gross a week on several occasions. It can be as easy or as difficult as you make it. Keep up with your own load bars and don't have any expectations for the trailer's. The staff are the nicest people who willing to work with you and help if needed. Your attitude depends on can determine if you stick around or not because this is a job not a cake walk. For me docking in some of these stores can be difficult but I'm awesome at my job

It does have it's moments but then what job doesn't. It's the best trucking company I've work for. They do understand that family comes first. Thank you Titus for everything

Great place to work. Office staff friendly and genuine. Growing company that gets better and better each day. Had a few bad apples that are now gone. Look forward to coming to work every day! Lots of benefit options, and cost has been reduced. Awesome PTO policy!
