I recently delivered my first baby here, and I wish I could thank all my nurses personally for the amazing experience I had, and the nurses that took care of my son! I felt very well taken care of, and they walked me through the entire process, making it a breeze. Thank you!
All the nurses were very sweet and supportive of my birth requests. The doctors were also kind and supportive. The atmosphere was very chill and relaxed, which I really appreciated.
I eat a vegan/ vegetarian diet and they were very accommodating. The morning we were there, they didn't get my order at first and brought food I couldn't eat, so the nurse made sure my order request was sent and they brought another tray.
Only complaint we had is that only two visitors are allowed at a time in the room, and my husband counted as one of those visitors. I understand why with Covid, it just made us kinda sad.
All of the people who assisted me with my procedure were extremely nice and friendly. I felt safe and well-informed, and it was easy for me to relax.
I was referred by a doctor to go to the hospital and get checked out and further
testing. They were very efficient in what they were doing and explained things to me. It could have been a urgent matter and they acted accordingly. I'm grateful for the confidence in a hospital and the care they offer.
The check-in staff was great, I loved the text updates to families during surgery, and the aftercare was great. I was so sick and nauseous the whole time I was trying to recover. One of the sweet nurses offered to braid my hair for me. It was such a sweet offer and made me feel a little more human.

Was in labor and delivery and they took really great care of me and my baby. Rooms were good, food was good, I wasn't being woken up constantly. Felt confident in their care.
The gentleman who inserted the IV wore his mask UNDER his nose. This was very disconcerting. HOW IS THIS POSSIBKE IN A HOSPITAL? The rest of the experience was just top notch!
The nurses are AMAZING here! They were so nice and so willing to help me with whatever I needed. They went above and beyond for me and my family while we stayed overnight. I felt very cared for with this terrific staff!
I went in for a "twofer" - both a mammogram and a dexa bone density scan. The women who handled both of them were very professional and knowledgeable and I was in and out within half an hour. They were the ones to catch my small tumor 5 years ago and I am completely healthy now. I credit Timpanogos Regional Hospital for that good outcome.
