I bought a really nice watch and sent it back because it was defective. They sent me a new watch and the exact same thing happened again. Same exact problem. I asked for a refund and it took more than a month to get it. They called it "company policy" . They were nice and. Professional but I will not do business with them again.

I have spent a lot of money in the last 5 years or so with this company. My last purchase was a watch that I was happy with, but the stem going in to the crown was bent. I sent it back and for some reason they decided to send me a completely different watch. Not even close except the color. I never asked for this watch and never ordered it. I didn't open the box for a few months, due to having many watches & because I knew what was in the box. Once I opened it, I realized it was the wrong watch. I decided to possibly keep it, but when I washed my hands, crown closed & it leaked water inside, bad. Again, just from washing my hands. The watch had a 5M depth waterproof casing, but couldn't even wash my hands without getting inside the watch wet. I wasn't able to send it back once I discovered it was broke, due to my Father passing. I wasn't thinking about a watch return. I finally sent it back asking them to please NOT send me that same watch, because it was VERY CHEAP LOOKING and you couldn't even wash your hands with a completely waterproof watch & I NEVER ordered it. You get what you pay for. Bad Idea! They don't want to let me pick out another watch and they said since I waited the 2 months to send it back, they don't care. Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. They have always taken care of me, but now they don't care about their customers. DON'T CONSIDER BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY DON'T CARE IF A TRAGIC EVENT OF SOMEONE DYING IN YOUR FAMILY! They just want to ship items you never ordered. Ridiculous!
Timepieces International will NEVER see my business again. I ordered a Christmas gift and am STILL waiting for delivery. Granted I was late on my end, I ordered an Alex and Ani bracelet the SAME day and STILL received it before Christmas from the same USPS company out of Florida. All that extra payment for priority shipping and I m still waiting. Will DEFINITELY be disputing charge and contacting BBB
I purchased 3 watches from this business, one directly myself and the other 2 I ask my son to order them. Beautiful watches, 2 mens and 1 lady. Midnight ceramic for men the head pins broke on it, I call to order the pins and great did received them. Pins broke again or unscrewed and I call in to place another order, they took the order and payment but I had to keep calling them after the arrival date of the order passed to find put that they do not have or will ever have that part for that watch again. Took months,
I have the watch in a drawer for a few years now and I cannot wear it and cannot get it fix with an original part or get the part from them. The manufacture the watch, ridiculous.
Lady Sonata watch, same thing happened I called to get the parts to fix the watch a month later they refunded the payment, no a call from them to explain, not even to offer an excuse of why they cannot produce parts for their own products/items.
I urge anyone considering buying from this business not to do so.

Wish I could leave a negative 5 stars. RUN, DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY'S PRODUCTS! I bought a pegasus watch, it arrived with all the hands disconnected. First that should tell you something about the quality. I then reached out to them and after ABOUT TWO WEEKS THEY FINALLY RESPONDED AND ASKED FOR A PICTURE OFT THE WATCH WHICH i SENT. tHAT WAS THREE MONTHS AGO, SINCE THEN NOTHING THOUGH I SENT MULTIPLE EMAILS. FINALLY HAD TO DISPUTE THE CHARGE WITH MR CREDIT CARD.

I ordered a necklace for my girlfriend and somehow two orders were put through. I caught it and cancelled one but was still charged for the cancelled order. I called their CS and got Paul all the way from England (at 9 PM his time). He promised they d check it out and this morning (next day) the refund is being issued. Thank you Paul!

Not a professional company to deal with.Their representatives do not know how to make and keep a customer satisfied.I live 3 hrs away in Florida also.They charged me 20 dollars for shipping..When I try to return their inferior watch it took me 4 weeks to get a Refund and "Stauer" is more professional and better quality and much better service..
Their product is fine for the price but their communication after placing the order is sub par
I received a piece after waiting over two weeks and it was damaged. I called and shipped back being told it I would receive a replacement it within a week of their receiving it. I FINALLY got an email 2 weeks later saying it was getting ready for shipment. I was leaving to go out of town and called to have them
Ship to that address. Upon calling they advised the piece had been back ordered but shipped two days prior on their pony express . Should receive it in about 3-4 more days within the same state.
I would never order from them due to the aggravation and lack of customer service
