There s a line of 5 people and there s 4 employees...

There s a line of 5 people and there s 4 employees helping 1 customer. The manager and 3 people standing around and watching. When they finished with that customer 3/4 employees walked into the back after seeing the line. I just need to drop of equipment and was told to go to UPS because of the wait but it would be nice if they had the employees actually help customers instead of standing around staring at each other

The level of service was phenomenal The service that I received from a generally by the name of Johnny at the counter was amazing I have nothing but praise for him he can teach a lot of individuals how to engage a customer and also how to properly upsell individuals and getting them to purchase more services for spectrum. So far all of my interaction with spectrum from my business as well as personal has been superb the level of customer service has increased over the millennia and I have to say please keep up the good work. The only downside was when I was communicating and working with Johnny a young lady was extremely rude interjected into the conversation he and I was having as if her matter was more pressing than my existing business she did not excuse me nor as permission to interrupt our conversation Johnny apologized for her rudeness and her aspect of privilege when two men were talking. That needs to be addressed and there was several other people on the floor that she could have asked that question to not to interject and break up that conversation.

Eugene was the best. Regardless of the problems and the 2 hours I was in the store he never showed I was a problem, he stayed with a positive attitude and kept conversation with me. And as I m doing this he stayed with a smile & everything. Was much of help with everything I needed. Want to thank him so much for all he has done.

The kid that helped me needs more customer service...

The kid that helped me needs more customer service respect. I'm waiting on him to print something and he decides to take 2 minutes to talk to his friends there and watching videos on their phones instead of getting what I asked him for. When trying to trade my modem in, he says I can't trade it for the one I called in about, of which they said they had for me, instead he tells me to Google where to get it.

There are 4 Spectrum employees at the office and only one of them helping someone. Makes no sense why it'd take this long to return a box when the rest are browsing their cellphones. I rarely complain or leave reviews but this is horrible customer service. They need to get rid of all of them employees and hire new ones. People who care about their customers.

Experience here was exceptional. Johnny, Tommy and Eugene gave me and my best friend 100% great service. We came to get a Internet and new phone for my best friend and at first had some difficulties setting up her phone but Mr. Tommy (the mobile expert LOL) got it all straighten out. I will be back to switch my phone over and have Mr. Tommy do mines

Excellent customer service from security personnel...

Excellent customer service from security personnel and management. Dropped off some equipment on a busy, rainy day. I was pressed for time to get to the airport. The manager came out and assisted an employee with checking in my equipment. Got me in and out in a quicker manner. Thanks guys!

No matter how long or short the lines you will wai...

No matter how long or short the lines you will wait to turn in or pick up new equipment!!! You have to repeat yourself because the person behind the counter is not really listening. Can't wait til the day spectrum gets competitors that are customer friendly and less costly!
