I don't usually bother with reviews but the customer service I received from Time Insurance was so appalling I can barely help myself. I was referred here by someone & was sure to tell them to never refer anyone else. I had to follow up multiple times to get responses & was eventually blown off and palmed off by Lauren, to someone called Liz, who also, never responded, even after I explained that the matter was somewhat urgent. Huge waste of time. Time Insurance apparently doesn't need people's business.

The best staff and service! Number one in Austin. Would refer anytime.
