I purchased a shed from this company on 8/2/25 & was guaranteed a 7-10 delivery time. I was told the driver would contact me soon to set up delivery. I made multiple inquires to this company & always got the run around/excuses, it was ALWAYS the driver's fault. Almost 3 1/2 weeks later I contacted them again & was finally given the drivers contact number & left him a message. The driver had never heard of a delivery, or my name until 8/25/25. The driver stated that he had received no paperwork that showed that our account was paid/ready for delivery. I finally cancelled the order that day and now this company is giving me the run around/excuses about refunding the $1,500 deposit I paid for a shed that I NEVER received and they had NO intention of delivering. I finally had to file a formal complaint against this company to receive my deposit back. So unless you want to pay for an item that you will NEVER receive, or issues refunding the item you NEVER received, I would recommend conducting business with a more professional/ethical company.
