Dock is reasonably tight- but they are spaced out enough that they aren't too bad to hit. Took almost 2 hours to load- but the broker hadn't notified them that the load was even picking up today. Friendly folks. However it's pretty tight to pull back out of the gate if there is a car parked in the first spot next to it- and you really need that to get out if you're in the first dock- slide your tandems before you try to pull out.

Please ask employees not to park there if possible- a rookie will be an accident waiting to happen there.

Street dead ends into business. Shouldn't have any issues finding it. Would pickup here again. I wouldn't try to park here ahead of time. The street is wide- but I don't know if you'd get towed on it. And people drive fairly carelessly on this road.

The work isn't that hard to do but you do need to know about the lumber and be able to read the tape measure.you will have to be able to lift 50to75pounds sometimes more but a forklift will move most of the things you build.
