Search internet for months and months. Tim have the best prices hands down. Saved over 5k off a new Rubicon diesel. No other place will even discount Rubicon, or even have diesel, much less discount them so much. And this is a brand new 2021 model too. Not the leftover 2020. Will definitely be back.

I was very skeptical buying a car online, but they made the process very easy with a no pressure atmosphere. Gary was very responsive and answered all the questions and concerns that I had. He put a lot of effort into making the deal happen and was a great salesman to work with. They also delivered the car 1 1/2 hours away and dropped it off with a full tank of gas. Definitely would recommend this dealership to someone wanting a low mileage, newer model used car at a good price.
Paid cash for a 2010 Ram 1500 from the Hazard location. Chris Davis was our salesman and he went above and beyond to get my wife and I a deal we were satisfied with. Chris had only been working for Tim Short Chrysler for two months but with his knowledge and customer service dedication you would think he had been there for years! This was my first purchase from Tim Short s but it will not be my last.
I just spent an entire day working with Creighton , we had most of the details lined out and although their numbers weren t perfectly aligned with mine I was willing to buy the car. The moment I get an email saying I was approved for my loan Creighton sends me a text that the car was sold without his knowledge Yah okay, I ll buy from someone else.

Creighton was just wonderful to work with. I went in with a list of requirements for an automobile fit my mother and he found EXACTLY what I wanted. I went back just a few months later to purchase a vehicle for myself and had another amazing experience. He had a few options for us that met our requirements each time we purchased. I ve been to high-pressure dealerships before where they tried to sell me something I didn t want and left feeling not just unsatisfied but downright angry. It s so nice to have a hometown boy that I can trust to do business with! I can honestly say he had our best interests at heart!!! My Nissan Rogue was in the price range I gave him. I specified the color and that it HAD to have enough power to climb a very steep driveway on a regular basis. I didn t know what that would meant far as horsepower or cylinders go. I just told him what I needed it to do...and it does it.. My purchase experience was simple and painless. No hidden fees. No last-minute unexpected glitches. They walked me through it every step of the way. I d recommend them to anyone..

Easiest car buying experience I ve ever had! We drove 6 hours from out of state with our 3 kids to purchase a used Expedition. From the start Brian was very responsive and helpful. He got us an appraisal on our trade in and we worked out the purchase details the days before we arrived. He did a thorough check of the purchasing vehicle before we got there and texted us pics of any potential issues (scratches). Don was quick and efficient with the paperwork which allowed us to get back on the road home quickly. Brian even texted us later that night to make sure we made it home safely!
