The service department in this dealership is very well run. The employees are knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. It was the only dealership in the area that could complete the recalls on our vehicle due to its size.(it's a 32' RV) While it was there we also had it serviced. The turn around time was very quick for the extensive amount of work needed for the brakes service.(never would have thought they would need to pull the axles) We had mentioned something that we thought might be an issue that needed addressed. They checked the entire vehicle over for issues. They were honest, and let us know that it was in fact fine, rather than sell us parts and service we didn't need. The pricing is up front, and they didn't play any games like the Chevy dealership on Brookpark Rd has done to me. The service area/dealership itself is very clean and well taken care of. I had to smile at the nail salon inside. That's a pretty smart idea. I would definitely recommend this place.

Called several times to ask of a problem im having...

Called several times to ask of a problem im having on paperwork there's a section that says I declined a service of broken exhaust hanger. When the technician showed me the drive shaft no hangers were broken . On the exit paperwork it says I declined to have it fixed when I looked under the car there was no mention of the hanger being broken nor was I asked if I wanted it repaired ( called service manager no return call!

I took my vehicle in & was told after several hours that there was nothing wrong. I was charged $210 for the diagnostics. I experienced the same problem the very next day (leaking antifreeze). I have another appointment tomorrow morning. I believe my car wasn t fixed properly because it is still under warranty.

The technician and customer service rep committed ...

The technician and customer service rep committed fraud. I brought my vehicle in to have the transmission fixed. I was strung along for days being told different things were wrong with my transmission, different prices, etc and after telling them to pack up my vehicle I was charge for a diagnostic and labor for taking it off and checking it out. Here after my vehicle was picked up it was found that the transmission was never taken off. After several unreturned messages from different members of management on different dates, I filed a BBB complaint to get it looked into. The service manager looked into it (he was the 1st person I had left a message for and didn't return my call until he received a copy of the complain) and found that the claim was correct the transmission was never taken off and diagnostic was never done. I was reimbursed the money I was billed since they could not justify charging me but nothing additional has been done to make the experience right.

I just recently purchased a used vehicle here and I can say I am very pleased with the vehicle and the service here
My sales man was Darren excellent service
It took a few days but it wasn't there fault it was because of my credit and every time I went there I was treated very well
They really wanted to work with me on getting a vehicle
I would definitely recommend this place there ready for everything
They have insurance company here, free car wash for life, mechanics, a Theatre, a salon where you can get a manicure or your hair done, a play area for kids it's just an overall great experience to be here they offer you drinks like soda not liquor obviously lol
They also have outside seating with tables It was a pleasant couple of days
They make you feel welcomed here

I had a terrible experience (as always). I waited in my car just for someone to check me in for 40 minutes; I didn't get my car checked in until almost an hour later. What was frustrating was I already told the worker I only wanted to drop the car off and he forgot. There were only two clerks working and it was just a mess. If you're in a hurry, don't go to Tim Lally; the service is too slow.

I filled out a KBB cash offer to sell my car. I received an email from Danielle Slapnicker from Tim Lally Chevrolet and she asked me to bring in my vehicle for evaluation and instant cash offer. Danielle also sent me a text asking for the time that I would arrive. I replied to the text and provided the time. When I arrived a salesperson came up to help, tried to find a manager but returned and said he could help AND asked what I was looking to purchase. I replied that I was there at the request of Danielle for a KBB cash offer for the dealership to evaluate my vehicle. He replied that Lally was not purchasing vehicles through the KBB program due to COVID. (Yeah, really COVID? So Lally's not buying or selling used cars???) Bewildered at his statements I asked why I was asked to come in to evaluate my car. He replied that the emails are auto generated, which is a clear lie. (So shouldn't Lally turn off their auto generated email answer feature if Lally's not buying the KBB cash offers?) I left angry and with a sour taste that Lally abused my efforts and wasted my time. I texted Danielle before I left Lally's parking lot. No answer. Later I emailed Danielle and I know the email was read 11 minutes later, (see the uploaded picture) but again no answer. If a MINUS ZERO star was available it would be applicable to Lally's handling of this customer for their KBB instant cash offer. It felt more like a bait and switch. Get the person in and try to sell them. A waste of my time and effort. See the email pictures attached as evidence of Lally's deceptive practice, unanswered email, including the one text for the 12:30pm appointment and request for an explanation, also unanswered. Deceptive, liar, uncaring, no replies, waste of time, shoddy customer service.

Currently I'm a student in Akron. For the record this isnt the first post Ive made regarding this company they sold me a lemon and anyone who buys a car from a dealership for future reference should know what is happening. You would think purchasing from a dependable and reliable dealer would have certain guarantees that a car will actually work. From this recent incident my confidence in Tim Lally Chevrolet is lost. Honestly, it make sense why their manufacturers are moving to Mexico because of the low standard of Chevrolet cars has fallen tremendously and you can definitely see some edges and corners were cut. Do not purchase a car from them the customer service is horrible. Especially if your a minority or car buyer you will get hustled and taken advantage of. The reason for this message is to inform everyone of negligence and misconduct of this company so this wont ever happen again. We need to vote with our dollars.

Not so good experience. Came in to purchase a car. Was shown three makes I didn't ask to see. John Case tried to sell me a Cadillac when I asked for a Impala, and did not listen to me. Finally when I asked why we were looking at all these different models, he mentioned he didnt have the vehicle I was looking for. I was rushed every time I came and ended up purchasing elsewhere.

Have bought over 10 brand new vechiles from tim lally chevrolet and would not go any where else. Best sales staff and service around. Bought my last vechile after talking to the Manger(camelle) in the am from work, knowing she was there at 7am running numbers for me to work a deal out. I show up after work she stays until the papers were signed. She stayed after buisness hours and made sure I drove my new vechile home that night. Thanks Tim lally and staff for treating me like family.

I purchased a 2014 F250 with only 23,000 miles last week. Since I was buying it from out of state, I relied on your company to be honest and forthcoming about the condition of the vehicle. Upon receiving it, I have found severe rust damage that has had immediate consequences in just the first week of owning it, and promises to cause many more problems in the future. Already the vehicle has a broken exhaust, the TPMS system continues to show a fault even after replacing sensors in the tire, the navigation system stopped working and the passenger side mirror is not operating with the control. Just fixing these immediate problems is estimated to cost thousands of dollars. I have emailed the salesperson Joey Hurtick and included pictures. He referred me to the general sales manager John Stone. It has been two days and John has not returned my call. I understand the vehicle is used and cannot be expected to be perfect. I'm open to reasonable solutions that are fair to everyone. But clearly the fact that this extensive damage was not disclosed, and was not considered in the purchase price, is unacceptable. I will be contacting the OH Attorney General's office shortly. I would prefer to work out a mutually acceptable resolution with your business instead. Both Joey and John have all my contact information. Please get in touch with me as soon as possible.

I highly recommended shopping at Tim Lally first. It'll be the only place you need to stop at. I've bought four vehicles here over the last several years. Always a good experience. My sales guy, Matt Frost, was awesome. He was always so kind, polite, and respectful. Never did he try to pressure me into anything I didn't want. I told him what I wanted in for my most recent purchase and he delivered. I'll enjoy my Jeep for a few years until I get ready to trade it.

Well......the purchase experience was actually really easy, and very smooth. Matt Frost my salesman was friendly and made the transaction a pleasure. Likewise the finance manager, I forget his name but he cruises around on a hover board was also very nice to work with. Both of these guys were great with the communication before, during and after the sale. I purchased a like new used vehicle, and the price was phenomenal and I got an amazing offer for my trade in value. Literally $500 more than what I paid for my car a year and 20k miles earlier. For that side of the business I d give them 5 stars.

As for the service department........Wow. I ve heard some poor communication before, but never have I been around somewhere with a complete lack of communication and knowledge. I dropped my car off for a simple wheel and tire warranty claim at my appointment time early last Friday morning. I also asked some questions in regards to my coverage and it was clear my advisor was not at all familiar with my warranty plan. As of 3:00 Monday afternoon I had not heard back from my service Advisor. I had called and left messages and voicemails for him earlier that day with no return call. I needed the car back so I went there around 3pm to get it and literally nobody could find my service advisor nor did anyone have an answer as to what was going on. A different advisor attempted to locate my paperwork and help, but he didn t have any info either. Eventually my advisor showed up and basically just pulled my car up and took some pictures of my rims and told me he d call me the next day with what the next steps were. When he didn t call I called in and asked for the service manager. He wasn t available, but did call me back a short time later. He was apologetic and explained he s only been there 5 weeks and they re short handed. I understand that because I m in retail management as well, but it s not something a customer should have to care about. He told me he d look into it and get right back to me. I m writing this review tonight, because as you may have guessed he did not follow up. The service department from the moment you walk in gives you the sense that it s an unorganized, understaffed nightmare waiting to fail you.

Buying a car from them was easy, and that process is the same as long as you go to a reputable dealer.

What sets them apart is the how nice and friendly the staff is. Even when scheduling service appointments, the process is easy from the app on my phone.

The most recent experience with Sheldon, was exceptional real friendly guy gets my car through service and back with no issues.

I always have a great experience at Tim Lally, from service to sales everyone there has always made me feel very comfortable, like family.
This is my 4th vehicle purchased from Tim Lally, Dion Flewellyn was my salesman. He was very helpful in helping me decide which vehicle would best fit my needs. He also took the time to listen to my needs and answer any questions or concerns I had. My deal took a few days due to whats currently going on in the world but Dion was diligently working to make sure my deal moved along. I really appreciated the fact that he didn't want to just sell me a car/truck but he wanted me to be completely satisfied. Sometimes this type of customer service is hard to find. Needless to say I had an excellent experience and will definitely return for any future vehicle purchases.

Just bought our 4th vehicle (a nasty bad awesome 2015 Z/28!) from Tim Lally Chevrolet @24999 Miles Road in Warrensville Heights - another fantastic experience! I love everyone at the dealership from Mike Lally on down - Mike surrounds himself with great people - but I can't say enough about our sales person Anthony Paolella - I would send ANYONE I know to Anthony to get a car - he truly cares about what he is putting you in vs. just making a sale - Anthony wants to see you again so he makes sure your needs are met vs. just making a one time sale. Anthony went above and beyond to find and get the Z/28 to me. I am absolutely positive you will not be disappointed with Anthony - and Chevy has some fantastic exciting product as well! Treated with courtesy and respect from the moment my family and I walked through the door. Excellent facility and employees. After purchasing a certified used truck my salesman Nathan went over every little detail in the truck with me and made sure it was completely detailed before leaving the lot. That alone never happened from the previous large northeastern Ohio dealership I bought from. The follow up calls have been excellent from Nathan too. You can really tell that Tim Lally employees really care about their customers. All and all it was a great experience and will consider Tim Lally as my dealership from now on and would highly recommend them.

I had an appointment at 9:30am for an oil change. I arrived at 9:05am and was told they would be available to start early and service would take ~1 hour. After waiting ~ 1 1/2 hours I went into the office to ask about progress of the service. The representative I worked with was not at his desk so I asked multiple other people who told me I would have to wait for him to get back and they couldn't tell me any information. No one offered to get the representative or try to look anything up for me. After waiting another 10-15 minutes he came back and told me my car was in the wash and I had one minute left. From there, he got me out quickly. If I had shown up on time, I would have missed a flight because what I thought would be fairly quick took so long. Representative was friendly and helpful with questions.

My experience at Tim Lally is always great! My salesman Anthony went above and beyond to make sure I went home with the vehicle I wanted! 2020 EQUINOX!!! He kept me updated throughout the process and was extremely kind. My grandfather, mother and myself purchase/lease vehicles here. I sent my car for fixing some suspension issues. The car is now back to me but I have no idea what has been fixed and what hasn't. On the printed receipt I got, the service plan has been changed as one of the pre-quoted items was not able to apply. The fixing plan was changed without even telling me when I got the car. I had to figure those out by myself and felt upset about this. I would appreciate if a service advisor or a mechanic could further tell me what happen to my car before gave it back to me.

I have been to Ford and other Chevrolet dealers but this is by far the best experience I've had. When I didn't like something they threw something else in to sweeten the deal. Terrible service department. Two of my last three ...

Terrible service department. Two of my last three service appointments ended in me requesting my car back back with nothing being fixed or serviced on it (car sat all day 9-5, without being serviced). Be prepared for 3-4 hours oil changes and shotty customer service from the techs (James is the worst) I have bought, leased, and serviced countless cars over the last 10 years with Lally. I will be finding a new dealership.
