went to the Tim Hortons in Gahanna next the the huntington bank on hamilton road yesterday and had the worst experience ever. service was real bad #1 #2 the person that waited on me over charged me on both items. the drive through menu said bagel and cream cheese was a $1 and she charged me 2 something. latte after 2 was any size for 2 dollar so all that being said coffee for 2 dollars bagel with cream cheese 1 dollar plus any tax which their shouldn't be cause it was to go should have come the a total of around 3 dollars. i was charge 4.59 ! the lady wanted to argue with me and total me that the price on the outside menu was wrong. bad deal all around. won't go back there, and the bad part of it all i've been at that location at least 25 times.

Lately the coffee has been cold and watered down at the location near me. Nasty.

I ordered 4 items 3 weeks ago only got one and they still haven't refunded me. I have talked to 3 supervisors, dakota and Henrietta were both supposed to call me back and didnt. Its been nearly a month and all they can say is the paper work fornyour refund has been done not sure why you dont have it. I was also hung up on by a rep yesterday while refusing a call back on supervisor call. You people should be ashamed, 5 calls, 3 supervisors, zero refund for food i didn't get.

The attitude I just received from a female drive thru worker at the Lewis Center location via intercom was completely uncalled for & unprofessional. She should not be dealing with the public. She may in fact be a Manager bc I heard her yelling to staff when I got up to the window. I gave a 2* for food & timeliness. The gentleman at the window was professional (to spite the yelling in backgtound). This is my 2nd negative experience from 2 different locations.

In both locations in Findlay,oh I have never received anything I have ordered. No donuts,no hash browns,no Greek yogurt . Both places are rude and at 6:30 they would at least have the hash browns or your Christmas tree holiday donuts and at least the yogurt. Who doesn't eat Greek yogurt. DONE going to Tim Hortons. I have tried to resolve an issue with their app for almost a month now, with no luck. Long story short---they have my money on their app and have failed to return it to me, even though I have tried their every suggestion to get the app to work correctly and have asked for my money back. Their customer service crew is pleasant, but is unable to correct a problem without referring the case to some other department, which rarely gets back to you. I am ready to give up entirely!

Very bad customer service from corporate employees. 4/13 did not receive OJ, iced cap cup had hole, drink leaked over me and car, tim bits tasted nasty. Called hilliard-rome rd store #5638, no answer. Called corp 4/13, 4/28 and 5/7. Filed BBB 5/7 and no one from tim hortons has followed up with me. No one can resolve this, they keep escalating this complaint. Baffling it has been a month and still no resolve. Still waiting. What good is a corporate office and BBB?

I usually visit the Tim Hortons in Sunbury Ohio. I enjoy the Ice Capps. However the last 3 times have been there the Ice Capps are like chocolate milk with a small amount of whip cream. Maybe a teaspoon full. I paid 3.99 for a medium Ice Capp that wasn t worth 1.00. I think 3 strikes your out. I won t be back to that location. This is what it looked like after it was handed to me at the drive thru.

The store on Wilson rd just completely...idek what they did. $8.31 for a turkey club with no bacon and NOT on the everything bagel I asked for. No chips so I have to take a donut, I get a vanilla dip with sprinkles instead of the vanilla cream I asked for. Anyone care to elaborate? It s been pretty bad the past 8 times I ve been...I usually go in the morning but today I wanted lunch and BOOM utter disappointment

Got the complete wrong order at Greece NY location. I pointed it out and they argues with me- maybe if the girl wasn t trying to rush me through the order process and paid attention to what I was saying ....I had to repeat my order 3 times and then corrected her 2 times only for it to be wrong.
