Had Keith come out over 2 years ago for a roof repair. After I received the proposal I gave the go ahead to fix it. I tried calling for 6 months but never received a call back. Fast forward 2 years and they show up to fix my roof without a call. These guys are a joke.
The most horrendous experience. Went there to get a bid on a new project I am working on. Their estimate was 35% higher than all 4 other bids I received. I informed the owner, Keith, I will be going elsewhere as they were just priced out of the market. He then leaves me a voicemail cussing and cursing that I took my business elsewhere, and then verbatim states, I hope your house burns down. I wish I could post the audio of the voicemail here to inform everyone to stay far far away from these rats. Absolutely horrid experience.

We had our roof repaired by Tilden Roofing and had a great experience. The prices were responsible, the completion time was quick and the customer service was great. Whenever I called, they always answered or called me back promptly. What more could you ask for? I highly recommend!
I had a minor leak issue that I thought was coming from the roof. Keith Tilden showed up on time and was quickly able to identify the source of the leak, which was not from the roof, but from a flashing. His eye is incredibly trained to diagnose issues and I was able to get in touch with our siding people who fixed the flashing without delay. Thanks to Keith and the staff for an incredible experience, and most of all a quick turnaround!
Tilden did not deliver as specified in our contract. Found out a year later when repairs needed to be made to their botched job that the shingle color we specified was not the one installed.
Further, the ridge line work was bad and leaked.
