location is a bit tricky to find manually, and gps location puts you where theres no gate on an offramp by a highway robot,
besides that they offer great service and good options, and if u check online u can even get great promotioanl prices too like i did on sava tires.

My girlfriend took her car here because she wanted was to address the nail she had reversed over, that's all. Some guy there told her that all of her tyres had no tread and put on a massive show about how he can't believe she had been driving around with her tyres riddled with so many bald spots because, he claimed, over acting throughout his entire performance, "they may explode at any moment". She became quite worried and of course it was recommended that she replace all of her tyres with a new set of the most expensive tyres available. Luckily she decided not to make an impulse purchase and instead went for a second opinion at another branch, where they confirmed that they were trying to take advantage of her.

Not negotiable on prices, slow service. The sales staff are not approachable at all. The manager is not willing to accommodate anyone. Far from competitive pricing, one would have more luck squeezing blood from a rock.

Hewitt racing and Cruiserdoctor take all there work to them and there technical team headed up by Pieter is spot on.

The staff doing the actual work in the workbays were great and helpfull, the staff in the front office all looked like their Buddgies had died and it seemed like I was interrupting their lunch time or something like that..Not very friendly. Ive been dealing with TWT Eastgate for more than 10 years and I wont be going back.

I have been struggling to balance a BFG KO2 tyre for a while and finally Steven and the team got it sorted on their road force balancing machine.
I highly recommend TWT Eastgate for anyone struggling with balancing that normal shops just cannot get fixed.

I went to the store at about 2pm and asked them of that had a rare tyre type. They said that they did not have that but they said that they would go to their warehouse and pick up the set. The new tyres were on the car and there was a new alignment set by 3:30.
They are a very efficient crew and get the job done quick and are cheaper by R400 per tyre in my case.

Generally efficient, freindly service. Maybe not the cheapest. Pleasant waiting area. Staff quick and efficient.

This branch is always helpful and friendly and never charge you if there is nothing to fix e.g. checking one of my tyres that had gone flat over lockdown. I never go anywhere else.

The staff always willing to help even if it is a minor problem with your wheel. Been twice there where the tyre had sand in and they never charged me. Thank you for the awesome service guys.
