Had help with 2 sales and 1 new purchase. Got over asking price on one and sold both homes unbelievably fast. Purchased a new built home and saved more money then I thought possible. We had one home that needed some work. They told us fix these things for this much money and we can get you this much more. There quote was spot on for the repair but they sold the home for more then we were asking.$$. If you are buying or selling there is no better people to work with.

Left rude feedback on the centralized showing service report. I declined her showing requests because I was home sick. I went to the door and told her I could show it, or could she please reschedule. Not very professional. I'll be sending my copy of the declines for her to see. Complain to centralized showing services instead of the seller next time.

Doesn't return calls and does not care about clients.

I am a buyer interested in a property Tierny Jordan's agency has listed for sale in Far North Dallas. I am also an attorney and intend to represent myself in the transaction. When I reached out to Tierny's company as the listing agent of the property to inquire about a showing, I spoke with a very uninformed male who was very unprofessional and unknowledgeable. When I asked if I could schedule a time to have the listing agent show me the property, he said he "was 45 minutes away" and he "didn't think they did that," in reference to showing a buyer the property who is not represented by a buyer's agent. I advised that he should check with someone who does know and provided my phone number for a return call.

I also attempted to reach this agency through a written request on their website where I requested a showing. I received a call from "Armani" who informed me she didn't know anything and was just a customer service person who would put me in touch with an agent. I told her I was just looking for a showing of the property and she said someone would call me. Two days later, no one has called me and (big surprise) the property is not under contract.

It is unethical to refuse to show an interested buyer (who has proof of funds) a property merely because they have chosen to proceed without a buyer's agent. Additionally, it seems that it would be a breach of their fiduciary duty to their client to refuse to show a willing and able buyer the property merely because the person is not represented by a buyer's agent. This would actually save the seller money by not having to pay a buyer's agent fee! I'm sure this is something the Texas Real Estate Commission would be interested to hear. Word to the wise: If you would like to sell your house, don't use this incompetent agency.
