Golf course in beautiful condition, not buggy. Was busy, but we still finished just under 4 hours for a foursome. Saw cart girl 3 times, so we could stay hydrated. Had plenty of ice and water at stops.

I have a place in castillo and its so awesome course is amazing just the greens on gold need to get a little better and the carts are awesome you can locate where people are by going to site map and the yardage to the hole from where you are and the flyover!!!!!!!!!!!
I have been getting lessons from Tom O'Brien, now the director of golf instruction at Tiburon, for the past 10 years. He has been so helpful to my game and adds great value to the club overall. I know he has drawn many golfers to play and enjoy the great facilities of Tiburon because they all want to get a lesson with him. He really has a great understanding of the game and can help a player of any level improve and have fun.
Pro golf rated in the top 20 by Golf Magazine. Gregg Norman designed. Shark Shootout is played at this beautiful course...a fun day. Walk along with your favorite players.. different options at 18 for shaded seating. Lexi represents us female golfers every year I have attended. It s just a great day and I secretly love the SHARK...lol Boasts Stay and play accommodations, hosts a wedding or maybe a banquet. Pro shop worth a visit.
My husband was very disappointed in the way he had to get to see who he wanted...he walks all the time BUT ended up watching between the 11th and 12th hole to see the gals. He said, "he would never attend another tournament there again!" He hasn't gone to a tournament of the LPGA for many years, too bad!
Golfed here for the first time in Mid-April and it was an incredible experience. My buddy and I golfed the Black Course while the Gold Course was undergoing maintenance for a few months.
The Black Course was quite challenging but very enjoyable. The course itself was immaculate and definitely one of my favorites and I play around 90 rounds a year all over the place in the Midwest. The Black Course must've opened a few weeks prior since there wasn't a divot to be found.
The practice facilities are excellent and the clubhouse is gorgeous. The staff are also very welcoming as well. This is a course you'll definitely want to play but be sure to keep your ball in the fairway or it'll get ya.
I wish I would've taken photos but I was too busy taking in the sights and trying not to lose too many golf balls.
My women's group love to come here. The food today was off the charts delicious and the service excellent. Plus it's such a beautiful venue. Kudos to Tiburon for sharing such a lovely place.
2 excellent Greg Norman designed courses. Greens are in excellent condition as is the course in general. Our forecaddies were both golf pro's, which added to the experience. Entire clubhouse experience is superb. Great practice facilities.
It was a perfect golf day - the weather was great, the company was perfect, and most of all, the course was in great shape. The greens were fast as lightning. The fairways were impeccable. We didn't have to wait at all and no one was on top of us. It couldn't have been better. I even played better than normal.
Gorgeous course. Excellent condition! Friendly staff. Brien in the golf shop was especially friendly and helpful! 2 beverage carts out all day on a weekday. Free range balls. Pricey, but definitely a well above average experience.
Good course. But entry and valet only parking areas extremely busy due to back to back member / guest shootgun outings. They need to manage that area better!!
Used the online chat today to find out some simple questions that are not listed on the poor website. We did get a fairly quick response . However the reponses were short unhelpful answers, with an undertone of arrogance. Played here 3 times staff usually great. They have now in the past few years put the prices up and it's just not a $150+ course. It's a nice course but not a $250 per person course. They say it's due to the varied pricing system, it's just greed.
Very nice facility with 2 golf courses. We played the Black course. The course was very nice and in great shape. It's a resort course and maybe that's why the greens seemed a little slow and the pace of play was slow as well. I believe the tour events that come to Tiburon are played on the Gold course. It is a nice facility and I do plan to return to play the Gold course.
This was a top notch facility and staff. Second I got out of my car I was well taken care of. Pro shop staff was even giving tips. Course was in fantastic shape. Played in between the LPGA event and the PGA shootout. Highly recommend getting out there if you can. Its worth it.
Played here for the 1st time and had an excellent time, loved the course and our caddy Matt was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and helped me personally play at a higher level on such a difficult course.
Great afternoon last week playing the Black Course. Wonderful and engaging staff dedicated to making your day very special - from the bag staff to receptionist to golf shop to Sydney's Pub. Not to mention an awesome Director of Marketing and Communications! The course was in immaculate condition - perhaps the best fairways and greens I've played in South Florida this year. Cheers to Tiburon for a great experience - and make sure you put in on your destination list.
The greens are in horrible shape, worse than a $25 public course, not worth the green fees, not worth to play at all. A shame a nice course like this has been run down like this.
This is a top notch golf course. The scenery Is surreal. Im from the Midwest and I ve never seen stuff like this before. The trees make it seem like you re in a story book setting. And the staff is worth every penny. Also, the food is very consistent with every Rittz out there. If I would say get one thing on the menu would definitely be the cheeseburger expensive however very good.
Tiburon has it all! Premier Ritz Carlton resort with a PGA & LPGA level golf experience. Greg Norman's design will challenge the best golfers, but the unique no rough layout makes it perfect for all. Troon's management takes it to the next level as the service was great the day I played. I'm looking forward to the redesign of the Black as they've done a great job with the Gold!
Best Golf course in Southwest Florida! Great design and challenging layout. Maintained to immaculate perfection! Ritz Carlton is fabulous hotel ! Very attentive and friendly service!
Great course and great staff. Very friendly staff that was easy to talk to and helpful. Totally relaxed vibe for such a great course. Top notch everything. Golf carts were great, range was great, course was in awesome condition. And can't beat the twilight rate in October. Absolutely would play here again. Beautifully challenging course for a high handicapper, but lots of fun.
i went to this location and every time i need to go here the employee are very good and fully tryning with customer service i love to go to tiburon golf club
Played both Gold and Black courses. Just gorgeous courses, challenging but fair. Water in play on many holes but only a few forced carries. Black is the tougher course with tighter fairways.
The Gold course was fantastic. The entire golf course was in excellent shape. The sod stacked bunkers were really well done and gave this place a unique look. I was fortunate enough not to encounter any, my playing partners not so much. They got a little too close to the wall and paid the price. Pace of play was excellent. We teed off at 1240 and walked off the 18th green at 445. The 9th and 18th holes offer a great look at the hotel and clubhouse. A great day at a great resort.
Just a lovely, picturesque course, which you can play for a reasonable rate in the off season and if you stay at the hotel. I took my wife to the hotel for her birthday and got in 18 before she woke up. Guys -- think about how good that is.
Nice layout. Learn to play that slight fade. Greens were a little sandy but conditions were near perfect otherwise. Only knock is that the starter should have run out to tell me the other two were a no-show. It's resort golf, so you're waiting around for.....no one. Range and pro shop were very impressive. Definitely a Troon and ClubCorp must. Thank you for a nice morning.
One of the best golf courses and golf experiences to be had in the Southeast US. World class courses in perfect condition. Super friendly and professional staff. Book a room at The Ritz which is next door to the clubhouse and overlooks the 9th and 18th greens of the Gold Course. This place should be on your Golf Bucket list.
Course overall was nice except for hole no 1 too many divots. Worst day to come and play during the QBE tournament as all areas were closed and no signs where to go. We were confused where our bags were after we checked in. Concierge walked us over through the back of their dirty stairs and saw where they store their things (cleaning supplies etc) so we can get back to another building. When we finally saw our bags it was dirty full of crumbs on the passengers side and clearly not sanitized, disappointed they didn t follow proper COVID protocol and extreme measures to keep us safe. We asked if there was any bottle water provided esp for a $300/round course and staff said no because they eliminated it part of their cost savings cutbacks (really???). In addition, Staff was not friendly at the restaurant and seems like it s an inconvenient to ask them about how to order food. If you want to get your money s worth (they charge $300/round) go to JW Marriott and play at Hammock Bay or The Rookery, well maintained course, friendly staff and excellent customer service ($190/round). Booked another round with friends in a couple of weeks but will cancel after today s bad experience!
Had a great time June 26th. Course was in good condition. Staff was friendly. Beverage pricing on course is too high, but we had a few beers anyway. Cart girl was super. Looking forward to be back to play and to watch CME LPGA finals
Perfect everything. Thank you Greg Norman. Golf staff was extremely friendly and helpful when we had an unexpected situation affect our tee time. Thank you! We will be back.
Amazing courses. The tee boxes are like fairways, the fairways like greens, and the greens are identical to the grass that exists in heaven. A ton of money is currently being pumped into course renovations on both the black and gold courses which will be extremely beneficial to the players. The golf carts are beyond comfortable with extremely plush seats. Electronic scorecards and GPS distances are visible from the golf carts attached Android tablets. These courses are both challenging, yet gettable. If your swing is on, expect great scores. If you're off, expect your score to be impacted. The gold course is home to the Greg Norman Shark Shootout and the LPGA CME, season ending tournament. If this course meets PGA and LPGA standards, it'll meet yours too. Best of all, this is not a private course.
The food is exceptional at the snack bar and even more impressive at Sydney's restaurant. The view from the 2nd floor outdoor seating area is spectacular.
The Tiburon experience is a must for both Naples natives and vacationers.
