They charged us about $750 to move a light switch a few inches. I expected it to be included in the price we had discussed, but $100 maximum. They took advantage of us.
They sent a crew to Houston to help for hurricane Harvey. They told us it would be a 2 week job. Turned into a 3 week job because they only showed up 5 days out of the 3 weeks. They never called us to let us know they weren t coming on all the days they missed. Couldn t get ahold of anyone. Kept sending out random companies when they told us they wouldn t sub contract. All the subcontractors did a terrible job and Tiburon wouldn t take blame for it. You can see where the floated and taped. They textured all over our light fixtures, outlets, and windows. They forgot to tape and float in multiple places. And forgot texture in a closet. Made a huge mess and asked them to come clean up after themselves and fix there mistakes. Finally showed up fixed nothing and left said they d come back never did. BUYER BEWARE.
Had them work on my bathroom, and they did a wonderful job. Was a super tight space and they managed to make it feel so much bigger. Dealing with Michael was a joy, he answered every question i had and gave me a thorough breakdown of the work. Wonderful company.
Should have known better. We tried to hand this company an insurance claim job. From the time we requested a bid to the point of starting the project 2 employees had left the company. Company told us they couldnt reach the insurance company yet I did on first phone call to them. They required a 50% deposit to start the work which we provided. 2 weeks later, not an item was ordered nor any work scheduled. We now have a tenant that has not had a sink or dishwasher for months. I tried calling the office and have yet to have any of my calls returned. The only reply received was from an email asking for the deposit back when they said they would send it out. No apologies for screwing up. Bottom of the barrel service.
