Bad attitude and after sales service. They protect their selves by not doing business with end users, only by distribution. The distribution have to solve their problems, incomplete websites, manuals and instructions.

Bad assembly drawing included with Thule cab lock.
It is not possible to look at the drawing if the cabin door should be open or closed during installation. Was incorrectly fitted and extra jobs of course, when Thule does not have spare parts. Got self-made screw on lathe.

Rude company. Customer service zero! With such high prices (at which you almost only pay for the name) a cheek, but maybe you just don't have to attract or keep customers anymore. I'm going to the competition now!

Very poor instructions. Poor fitment. Both the Wingbar Edge; rail as well as roof clamp versions. No text explanations, but poorly executed IKEA-style illustrations - only much less informative.
