Not highly recommended at all. Started with one loan officer, 2 mos in he ups and leaves to another mortgage company without informing me. Worked with the "General Manager" he is not professional at all and very rude. Had closing date changed multiple times due to lack of communication and being requested info at the very last minute that should have been requested earlier. Alot of things were no communicated thoroughly and I'm glad this is over. Worst experience of my life

I worked with Kristi on the purchase of an investment property. Her team was excellent. The loan process was very smooth, we even had an app to upload our documents. We always knew what stage of the process we were in. The title company I chose was unfortunately very difficult to work with, not prepared for a remote closing, and we almost had to push the closing out. But Kristi's team picked up the slack, and worked at the 11th hour to get it done! I will choose Thrive every time!

David Gnadinger was great. Treated the Browns like old friends. Never doubted we would get to closing table on time.

I really enjoyed working with Mike on my mortgage loan. He was professional, transparent, and I appreciated how quick he was to update me on changing information and to respond to my inquires. I also got an amazing rate! I highly recommend contacting Mike for a home loan!

Never expected a mortgage experience to be this easy. From being able to upload documents through an easy portal to making the first payment online- the entire process was streamlined. I would especially like to thank Tami for her assistance- she made the process easy and worked quickly to get answers to questions I had. Can't believe I'm excited about a mortgage experience - but I am. Now, if you guys only started doing commercial loans...

The service we received from all Thrive team members, namely Jason, was nothing less than impeccable. As first time homebuyers, in addition to moving to a different state, we were faced with confusion and not knowing what to expect. Upon arrival and after 2 months of being in a hotel, our initial mortgage company informed us they would not be able to close 3 days before our closing date. Here's where Jason and his team took over like a pack of hyenas.

WITHIN ONLY TWO WEEKS we were moved into our new home. To say Jason made this journey as pleasant and comfortable as humanly possible is an understatement. I do not know where we would be right now if it wasn't for Jason. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Jason and his team!

Mike Litwin is an Amazing lender. He goes above and beyond to work with and educate the buyer. He assesses the needs of each buyer and explains all the options that are available while breaking down the pros and cons of each putting the buyer in a much stronger position to make confident decisions about their loan. Mike provides one on one service reassuring both buyer and Realtor that they are his priority. His follow-up is impeccable. Mike is pleasant, and easy going. Yes, he comes to closing.
