My husband and I had a great time exploring downtime Nevada City and this restaurant was the prefect place to stop for lunch! The pizza was delicious and the cider pours generous. Staff was friendly and our food was brought out surprisingly quick. We enjoyed our meal on the socially distanced outdoor eating area. Highly recommend this lovely place!

To clarify I only had beer flights and Blueberry Lemon Cheesecake. The service was pretty good. The Cashier seemed distracted but she was fine. The cheesecake didn't really have any blueberry flavor but my wife still liked it. The beer was decent. Nothing was bad but there wasn't anything that was a MUST have. The place itself was cute and worth coming in. The people around us that had food seemed happy with it and it looked good.

High quality beer! The brewer knows what he's doing and isn't afraid to take a risk with something different like a rye IPA. Nailed it, guys. Also has a bakery attached inside and their baked goods are fresh and tasty. The folks behind the counter we really great as well also the prices are very reasonable. During covid shutdown they were doing $10 growler fills and pints were cheap too. Comfort space as well once things open up later this year.

My wife and I shared a salad and a pizza and each had a glass a wine at Three Forks following the Wild and Scenic Film Festival. It was a perfect venue and the food was great. We knew we had found the right place for a light supper when we saw the staff throwing their own pizza dough and the wood burning pizza oven. We loved the active atmosphere and the common tables. Great wine and beer selection. We're already looking forward to a repeat at next year's Film Festival.

Went to the Yuba river for a quick getaway and saw this place when walking around the small downtown area. Got a sample and the beers are strong I ask one of the employees where the hops come from, she mentioned owner get their hops for from Belgium and Germany since he they like to travel. Desserts are awesome as well, home made and tastes great. Would love to see the pizza less soggy but it tasted good. Ingredients and meat locally sourced! Thats an A+ Will definitely come back in the summer.

This is a great place to eat and drink-breakfast, lunch, dinner or in-between. There is always terrific food to hit the spot. New items appear regularly and thank goodness some of my favorites, like the wonderful house salad, are always there. The beer is excellent. If you are lucky, the line is short...if not, it is worth the wait.

A fabulous brewery (this is the Lupulo Unico IPA) and a darn good bakery (they said the lemon cheesecake was life-changing - it was transformative). Alex the bartender was really kind and helpful. Support them when you can!

Nice sized snack plates (Goat cheese/bacon on toast, roasted sweet potatoes) for a mid-afternoon with a drink. Coffee (Americano) was not impressive so would definitely try a brew/cider/wine instead next time. Pizzas looked great!

Decided to try this place as our usual brewery stop in Nevada City doesn't have food. Busy place with a nice selection of beer they brew on sight. Only reason for four star review is all of the pizza's they offer are vegetarian except one. This girl needs some meat on her pizza with beer.

Absolutely the best combo of variety, quality, community sourced ingredients, business ethics and atmosphere in Nevada City.

It's my favorite place to get a quick breakfast or a beer and pizza in the evening. Did I mention the beer? Geezus, they're my favorite brews in town. And don't even get me started on the pastries and desserts....

The waiter served my husband his chicken sandwich and told me my bacon melt would be right up. Ten minutes later I was still waiting for my sandwich. I told the waiter that this level of service was not okay and he apologized but he should have either given me a free drink or discounted my bill... something! When my sandwich finally arrived, the bacon was undercooked and chewy. This was a pricey $14 sandwich with undercooked meat! Also my husband and I noticed that many of the pizzas coming out had blackened and burnt crust. I live in Nevada County and have heard Three Forks is a great place to eat but after this experience, I will never go there again.

The folks behind the counter were very friendly and the food was pretty good! However, one of the employees there was so rude when handing out our to-go food order that it soured the whole experience for us.

Bakery and Brewery...perfect combination for a date night.

Great location in Nevada City.
The beer was excellent and the food was tasty.
Lively crowd and fun decor.
Very friendly staff always a plus :-)

We stopped in since it was right across the street from Crazy Horse Saloon concert we were attending.

Fun place, reasonably priced and worth checking out.

After a weekend bike ride in Downieville, I suggest getting lunch at Three Forks. It's my go-to on my way home for a health meal. The entrees are creative and well balanced, and the drinks unique. Baked goods are fantastic and wood fired pizza is stellar.

Awesome fresh ingredients. I'm from SFL. Everyone in NO CALIFORNIA have it spoiled with these AMAZING fresh ingredients. The beer was good as well. West Coast kicks the East Coast in food quality period.

I hesitated a lot between 4 and 5 stars.
We were a group of 4 and we ordered 4 pizzas to share.

On one hand the pizzas were delicious, without exception, and so were the refreshments.
On the other hand we were sitting outside (covid regulations) and continuously harassed by at least a dozen flies. I find it unreasonable to have to keep waving flies off of our food and limbs for an hour when they could've set up a fan like the neighboring restaurants did.
Another minor complaint is that we told the waiter we were going to split the pizzas among 4, but the pizzas came sliced in 6, which meant an additional unnecessary headache.

I settled on 5 stars because I wish them well, but I really hope they figure out at least the fly situation

Fresh food. Vegan options. Farm to fork. Creative pizza and salad menu-not the every day place-this place is truly housemade/homemade food made with love. Delicious desserts! Beer and wine, kombucha and espresso. Take my money.

The beer is good. Don't ask to change ANYTHING on the menu or you will be refused or make the staff seem really uncomfortable. Sorry, it comes as it comes unless you make a big deal. Scrape off that mayo or that topping on the pizza you hate whatever offends you. They would not change it at all, we asked and were refused. By the way, if you are not almost vegetarian, you probably will just want the beer. Nice location, nice atmosphere, just understand what you are buying.

OMG. Talk about doing a lot right. Three Forks is a farm-to-table organic brew pub masterpiece. Always great beer brewed fresh on-site. Note the $10 Growler refill on Thursday night. I keep forgetting. Their bread is amazing, all their meat is locally sourced grass-fed and well-treated until that last unfortunate day of their lives. One of the best Brewmasters on the West Coast. Shared tables are designed to bring strangers together at mealtime. Fronts on to Commercial Street, which often becomes a pedestrian Mall.

Went here for lunch on a Saturday. It was busy, so we only had a couple of beers. Everyone else seemed to be enjoying their food. It appeared that brick-oven pizza was one of their specialties.

This place is just deliciously and delightfully amazing across the board. If I were a giant, I'd eat everything they made in one day, but sadly I have to space them out....Main dishes, pizzas, drinks, and those heavenly baked treats!

Three forks gets a one for their overpriced and severely underdressed tiny pizza ($16.plus tax). Our seats were close to the pizza oven & we could see that they were also also burning their pizzas. The pizza guy couldn't have skimped more on the toppings. Not appreciated and not going back!
