Excellent service, our shed arrived damaged and Thorncliffes arranged for someone to come out the next day and repair it, we would have to have waited another 6 weeks for a new one, Excellent customer service.

Now passing sub standard fence panels off as New, while incorporating weathered old looking vertical strips which are unpleasant on the eye!. I was told that i could paint them and as i never paint my panels this was not an option. These panels were clearly cobbled together introducing one sometimes two old weathered strips into each of my 6 panels purchased which were put in while i was at work, and to think i have two Huws Gray yards moments away from myself. There is going to be a lot of folk unemployed in the very near future and i would have thought they would have been appreciative of my custom.

Terrible drivers that ignore speed limits in the surrounding villages. Not acceptable.

First time there for plumbing supplies, absolutely brilliant. Great help getting correct compression joints and pipework. Recommended.

I did like Thorncliffes before they changed to their new system, now it's a slow expensive experience, no prices on any products is a red flag, the timber is priced competively if they'll let you have it but iron mongery can be sourced at Stermats in Colwyn Bay for a fraction of the price along with paints, Feb bond etc, OK for wood but shop around for other bits.

We ordered some stone for our garden yesterday and early this morning it was delivered. However, we had ordered the wrong stone so the driver took it back to the yard. He said we'd get a credit note and, if we wanted, we could go to the yard and choose the color we want.

We went to the yard, saw the correct stone we needed, went to the counter and had a refund on my card, no problem at all. What we needed wasn't in stock so the assistant is going to ring us on Monday and let us know when it will be delivered!

Joseph helped me find the screws I needed. I was unsure on metric size, he thought Imperial size was weird. Good laugh. Counter staff really helpful, polite and professional. Timber yard the same. Great guys all round. Recommended to the public not just trade. Excellent.
