Incredible selection of very high quality lighting and appliances at a number of different price points. You can see all sorts of different lights on display in the store or order in countless others. Their service is unmatched whether you're buying one light or choosing lighting and appliances for a whole new home. They have a better selection and always more personalized service than the big box stores. Definately check them out if you're looking for lights or appliances.

Never fixed the refrigerator I paid for within 1 week it broke and they never came out to fix it, I m still within a 90 day warranty waste of 600 dollars, filling a complaint with bbb , sos, cfpb

I had heard good things about Thomson's from my parents and had been in and out a little with them, and liked the friendly atmosphere. I have recently just purchased my 3rd major appliance through them, and I'm not sure it's worth going anywhere else to look in the future! When we purchased our freezer, we had actually bough t one from another local company, and they delivered the wrong one!! Uggh. Thomson's had an open slot on their truck and had one here in an hour! When we purchased a washer, the knowledge of the salesman impressed me. He didn't just push one product over another, but gave reasons why they carry what they do, and the pros and cons of the different styles. And my stove; there was a great selection to choose from. Again the salesman knew the ins-and-outs of features, manufacturer, and pros & cons. He really helped me narrow down what we were really looking for without being biased on what one we should get. (As a side note, they had a much better price on our final choice than the same model at a local big box store!) They do not carry anything that has a track record for having issues which can give you confidence that what you get will be quality. The delivery and installation men were great as well! Thanks for all the great service!

We have been very pleased working with the staff . When building our house, we ordered the lights through Thomson. I could go to their website and find what I wanted after finding it on Google searches. In all cases, the lights were cheaper at Thomson's and shipped free to Thomson's. Gene rewired 3 old fixtures for us at a very reasonable price. We had questions on wiring fans with universal remotes and they researched it and were able to walk us and our electrician through the process. They keep records of what light bulbs we used which makes replacing them easy. Very pleased with them.
