Great food, they have many options. If you stay and eat at the restaurant its super clean and their rustic interior design is beautiful. My recommendation to try out your first time there would be 10A thats fried chicken and switch out regular rice for fried rice! Super delicious.

Best Thai in LA. Friendliest staff you'll meet. Go off menu spice if you crave that kind of thing. But be careful

One order of crispy noodles and we received a staple in the noodles! We called and they apologized profusely.
Next time the crispy noodles were hard and and burned. Not even the birds would eat it. We called, blah blah blah.
This past time, tofu w fried rice, no msg... No flavor.
Through the last 20 years TG gets worse and worse.

Terrible customer service and super unprofessional the lady that answers the phone was so rude after they messed up my order when speaking on the phone she clicked on me I went down there to ask if I can speak to the manager they denied me the right to speak to him very disappointed me and my family were loyal customer for years and this is the type of way we get treated wouldn't recommend this place any longer

I'm right in the middle with this place. Its so good but they mess up my order every time & I'm not about to wait another hour for them to remake it & bring it. Prices are decent & I don't care about the wait time, just please pay closer attention to orders. Food is great though, that's kinda what really matters at the end.

The best of all are the veggies rolls only. They are delicious.

Wow, amazing. My favorite Thai place is this restaurant in the San Diego area called Koon Thai. They had the best Pad See Ew and Pad Kee Mao I've ever had, and I'm happy to say that TG Express has reached the same bar of satisfaction for their Pad See Ew and Pad Thai. See, I'm not normally a fan of Pad Thai as most places serve a noodle dish that tastes like rice noodles lathered in a sickly sweet ketchup, but TG Express' Pad Thai tastes *good* with minimal candy ketchup sauce.

Anyways, the BBQ Pork is fantastic. A very faithful and delicious production of classic char siu. Soft and flavorful, their BBQ pork is tinged with that alien red shade that's so iconic with char siu.

The service was great, I went on a Saturday afternoon (during covid of course) and the staff was accommodating and very considerate of safety for their customers. There were social distancing stickers placed at 6 ft intervals, plastic cough screens, and closed indoor dining. The food came out fast, everyone was wearing a mask, and the lady behind the counter kindly asked if I wanted a cup of ice water because it was 100 degrees out.

I enjoyed the food and experience immensely and I want to recommend TG Express for anyone looking for a good Thai Food kick in LA.

I love their combination fried rice, wonton soup, chicken curry and crispy noodles. The other food on the menu are just ok.
I wish the delivery could be better though. The drivers wont come to your door and just
wait for you in their car on the street in front of the house. I live in an apartment complex so I have to go out of the building to get my food.

This place has extremely terrible customer service. I spoke to two very rude people who ruined my experience with this restaurant. I will never be ordering from here ever again based on the fact that the employees don't Care at all about how people should be treated. I was berated and disrespected.

I am very picky about my crab Rangoon and this might be the best I've ever had. The food was perfect and the service friendly.

Charged my card never gave me my food. Called the restaurant they said they will void tge transaction, i have yet to see my money. Worse than postmates. Beware!

I have been ordering from here for over 8yrs and have always been satisfied with their service, food and prices. I always call my order in, they are friendly, repeat my order, phone number, address and ask if this is a business or residences. Maybe someday they will store my phone number and order in their system but this is probably just wishful thinking. I always order the same thing pad Thai with steamed tofu, Pinapple fried rice with chicken no shrimp and order of 6 egg rolls that comes to just under $30.00 with tax. Expect 45min to 1hr for delivery especially during peak hours but they are no exception as all Thai restaurants in LA take this long. Once I asked them for expedited delivery with a guaranteed generous gratuity and was shocked when my food arrived in less than 30min when my street was closed for repairs! The drive is at least 15min so it truly is a mystery how they cooked my food and got it here so fast. Money talks when it comes to Thai gourmet Express! Word to the wise calling in your order will save you a few bucks, you must ask for your Free Thai iced tea or egg rolls and tell them no MSG if you are sensitive to that sort of thing. These things are true for almost all Thai restaurants and food deliveries but I feel like this must be said because of all the negative feedback this place gets from hangry yelper s who have unrealistic expectations from a budget restaurant. I also don t mind the styrofoam that others have complained about because I feel like I get more food then I would at other Thai restaurants and their prices are better too. I love this place because it s good, inexpensive and open late!

I love the food there ..been eating there for 15 yr..they make the best B.B.Q Pork wonton soup..the restaurant is very clean and cozy

I placed an order online and received a confirmation that my order was being prepared. After waiting for an hour and a half, I tried calling and nobody answered. After 2 hours, I tried again with no answer, and it was clear they had accepted the order and instead of cancelling it, just closed down for the night.

long time customer, the ice tea is great and food as well but service is CRAP! don't note what happened always have a tip then the food no longer looked or tasted the same and no forks spice tea all gone I guess being a regular drove them nuts

Good price and food. I ordered from here consecutive 3 days, i really love the pad see ew and beef short rib. The only thing that is not consistently good is the fried tofu, the taste was fine tho.

I lived in Los Angeles, close to downtown. The food is good, yhe prices are reasonable, and the delivery is prompt.

Unfortunately i moved because I could no longer afford to live in Los Angeles. Rent is too damned expensive.

Worst customer service ever! I've been ordering with you guys since your old location next to the apartment building, and I have never had any bad experiences with any order I have made. But this time my experience was really bad. I order something around 2 am. First they got my order wrong and when I called they put me on hold for several minutes. At the end I decided to go and fixed an order that they misunderstood. They didn't apologized and they were inattentive.
