Absolutely horrible.left my nasal cavity exposed.jaw shards.and painful.not very friendly

Really unprofessional. They never answer a call first of all, never call back even though you leave voice mail. I stop taking my child here cause they could never give him his due vaccinations ever since he was 6 months old. Every time i made an appointment and every time i went they never had said vaccination ready for him, said they could administer the vaccine on his next visit. I always asked for reschedule or to come in a day they did have never got a call for that. Even told them that why couldn't they call me before hand and reschedule me a day they had it.... didnt care about a word said. Also the pediatrician doctor there, when i would bring my child in sick, as any mom i was worried he had something worse. Well the doc said no biggy he'll be fine..... same night take my child to hospital and they tell me he has a bad case of bronchitis. I never bash clinics or nurses or doctors because i know its hard work. But that place there is just straight up unprofessional, rude, and they dont care about your childs health. Its a waste of time.

I went there for my COVID vaccine. I had never been to this facility before and was very impressed! The staff from arrival to departing was very professional. The staff was very caring and friendly and the facility was very clean.

I will be looking for not other medical services available at Langley!

Left four phone msgs. Never got one call back. If you want an appointment, you need to go in there and make it. Upper mgmt is very rude also. ADVICE: Only go here out of pure desperation.

They help me out financially because I don't have insurance.

One time I had to wait four hours to see the doctor. I showed up early for my appointment as well. I know its hard work but dang.. I do have to say my doctor is an amazing caring person! She really cares!

I had the best experience at this Doctors office!! The staff were very professional and informative. All my questions were answered. Also, they have a pharmacy right on site and my prescription was ready immediately following my appointment. I would highly recommend this place to mall my family and friends. We are very lucky to have a facility like this in our area.

I went to Langley Health today. I had a Great experience with all staff members I met, they all had smiles, were happy to help with any questions. I received my 1st Covid 19 vaccine and it went very well. I will recommend Langley Health to all friends and family.Thank You to all the staff for being so friendly. See you in a month.

Dr Pirie was the most gentle experience I've ever had. I didn't feel the needle and more importantly I didn't feel the extraction. His bedside manner is wonderful including his nurses.

Very comfortable to ask Mrs Rhonda Harrod for my specimen take home kit. Very fast and didn t have to wait for an hour to be taken care of. I will start using this facility again.

Staff is not even friendly...how disappointing.. I have been here before for dentist but they seem unprofessional and im not suprised. They were rude and made a teen like me feel bad about myself. I told them something was stuck in my gums so they decided to push gums down like far like seriously? They hurt my gums. Also these female workers were being sassy to me and i was only 9 like they think their in charge when they weren't they need to get a reality check and act like an adult and not like an immature little kid. I wish i could stop going there but i don't any other places where i could go and feel comfortable. The only good think was the receptionist at the front.

This place is ridiculous. I can t believe how bad this place is. They don t keep appointments and then want to reschedule another month and a half out. My advice is go anywhere but here I have been a patient for over a year and it s all a joke.

Never answer phone lines. You get transfer and have have to leave a message to set up an appointment.Very frustrating !!! Today I called and it says phone number disconnected .

It's a place my Dad and Stepmother work it is a great clinic.

I originally went there seeking treatment and scheduled an appointment. Upon showing up to my appointment with all paperwork filled out and completed, they had me wait for two hours to tend to another appointment they had scheduled at the same time even though this person came in after I did. Still after waiting two hours I still wasn't seen and had to ask for a refund and left. If you want to be treated like a second class citizen, this is the place!

Nothing but layer after layer of frustration with this clinic, starting with the phone number on their website, which is not their phone number. Then when I finally got the right number, they don't answer. Then I finally get them on the phone, and it's a month til the next appointment. Then I go to the appointment, but they cancelled it and didn't bother to call to tell me. It's just one frustrating experience after another, and every time you try to call, it's a two-minute voicemail greeting you have to sit through o leave a message.

I have been trying to get an appointment for weeks. No one answers the phone. I leave a recorded message but no one returns the call. Very frustrating.

Langley is a place you want to bring your loved ones. The doctor and medical assistant and staff show compassion. The pharmacy works with you too if your on a budget. I couldn't be happier with any other medical practices. This point I'm right where I'm supposed to be.

I've been waiting 2 weeks to get medicine refills your keeping my pain meds and anxiety meds away from me I'm making a major complaint to the medical board come tomorrow the Dr refused my refills and 1of the meds if you don't it you can have seizures and the head nurse was no help I've been waiting for her call back since yesterday they don't care about my well being........they just care about the money that's it.......my Dr is a great Dr but she failed me this time.......

I had an appointment at this facility. I was told to arrive early to fill out paperwork I arrived 30 minutes early. I sat there for an hour in a dirty office. I left after waiting an hour to see the doctor. I am very disappointed in this.what a waste of my time.

Nobody ever answers the phone or they dont call back.

Horrible experience. They never return phone calls And don t seem to care about their patients. I ve called numerous times and even stopped in and I m still getting no where with them. We recently moved to the area and one daughter needs her vaccines and another daughter has special needs and has to be on medication that he refused to prescribe her. I m done with this office.

This place is the worst. no call back from anyone, very rude when you talk to anyone in the office. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. And im not the only one just read there reviews

There times I had dental appointments for cleaning or dental and was not notified my appointment was canceled, each time I received an email confirmation for appointment and when I should up after driving 50 minutes one way, they told me they left a voicemail which was never left. What a terrible way to conduct time. How hard would it be to email, text or call.

Service here is horrible, I was placed on medication and it was messing with my heart real bad so I called to see the doc and they were like ok see you in two weeks. So I asked should I just go to the emergency room and then they told me to come in in a hour. So I go in with high blood pressure and not feeling right. Luckily she said she would put prescriptions in to help me so I was like awesome won t be long.now it is 7 hours later and there is no prescriptions in the pharmacy so I am stil hurting and I should have went to the er. I willl probably be in the hospital before end of day because this doctor is a Moran. And no it s not pain killers .

I have issues in life that need serious genuine concern.. MY Doctor Dr. Welty Shows just that. She is amazing the help I received after the loss of my parents. It's because of her and her medical team for instance Shianne, she is wonderful, calls back when in need. Or to even make sure everything is going well. The both of them Dr Welty and her assistant Shianne are a dream team. There are more staff there that needs credit too. Just too many too name! !

Dentist. They have gone above and beyond for me. On medicaid with no cash. I am in awe. THANK YOU SO MUCH. yall are amazing.

One of the worst clinics I ve seen. I ve called at least 20 times and have had no call backs! Was forced to go to the building to just schedule an appointment. The only good things about this place is the front desk receptionist that are very understanding and helpful. The family practice receptions and Amber Judd and her nurse. If the lack of communication was fixed then maybe this office would have a higher rating. Worst experience yet.

Run from this place! They have an incompetent, unprofessional, negligent staff. They are rude and condescending. The so called form they want you to fill out prior to being seen is unreal! I wouldn't answer the questions. They are ridiculous. They will use anything you put on that form for their demographics which are unnecessary then become condescending . Do not circle you are single on their profiling form. Oh wow! It will be used against you..fake pity and you know trying to relate to you. The nurse practitioner will not listen to you and be prepared because she is above you and knows best although she's never met your child. If you have a teenager beware. According to them it must be stress or anxiety. They will want you to fill out another ridiculous form so they can profile you further rather than trying to rule out a real medical problem. Dont fill it out. After you have wasted your precious time with these clowns good luck getting a referral to a specialist. From personal experience I can honestly say this place is the worst! They do not have any care for your well being..ZERO. if you complain to administration you will realize quickly that those at the top are just as bad as those at the bottom. I dont want to write the details of my experience due to privacy. I will tell you after 2 months my child's health is declining. Due to insurance I had to wait a month to get a new doctor so I was stuck with them. In the meantime I've had to utilize the ER which should have never happened. The sad part is I still need a referral. I have to start all over! 2 months wasted..2 months my child is getting worse. Grievances take time. It's a messed up system and these so called professionals should be shut down. Please run from this place. Dont take your child there.

Very friendly dental staff and they made me feel comfortable at my last visit .

I had an appointment here, was told to arrive early. I did. Got called in 30 minutes after I arrived, then waited another half an hour for the doctor to come in and see me. She said she had a walk in and was sorry for being late. I had to drive to the clinic to make this appointment because they did not answer the phone. I left 5 messages but got no call back. I won t be returning.

Trying to get assistance been two weeks got rediculas bill in the mail with no results been talked down to asking for help and treated like a juvenile evidently my condition isn't important I'm 62 years old can't get no results I'm on a fixed income this is not right need help Sumter county

Won't answer your phone calls. Sent the wrong script in. Still waiting for referral after 3 days and 4 calls, won't call me back. I have mass o. My lung, I think it's important !!! Would not recommend

Langley is an awful clinic. It's impossible to get ahold of any one by phone and they don'tcall back when you leave a message. Staff is not helpful. None of the doctors I've dealt with are any good. They don't care about actually helping and just want to write a prescription and get you out of there. They've been like this for a while. You'd think they would learn and get better about answering phones, calling in refills, dealing with clients, etc, but they don't make any attempt to improve.

i was in so much pain until i have found this place, i went in and waited for like a total of 10 minutes and then i was called back, then she did what she had to do, and i was finished! was the fasted dentist app i have ever had! i recommend them to anyone! the only thing i had a tiny problem , was that the needle she put in for numbing she went through my cheek but other than that it was awesome! 5 stars . if i ever have to come back i will come back here!

I love my Dr. KATHERINE WELTY!! She has been such a pleasure to work with me and my addiction problem. I was on pain medication for years and since I've started seeing her for approximately 3 years now my pain pill addiction problem is not a issue that constantly consumes my life. I'm on Suboxone & it has been a long time since I've had the urge to use pain meds or other medications. I just want to say thanks to all of the staff members who have been there for me through an extremely difficult time in my life!! Thanks again

They are sometimes difficult/almost impossible to get ahold of and get anyone to call you back, and bill things incorrectly. They have gotten a little better with answering phones and calling back. But it's still extremely difficult to get anyone in for an appointment.

But Doctor Welty is a good doctor and the owner is a good person, is the only reason why I haven't left yet.

The handicapped stall in the womans bathroom also has an uncovered hole where am old lock used to be in which anyone can just peek right in on you on the toilet, which is a little concerning.

Amber is my Nurse Practitioner since December 2015. She is Amazing! She will remember you, she listens and never rushes to get you out. I've been sick since September 2014 from drinking my spring water after the tank was replaced with a used tank that had been sitting for 15 years. Finally I was diagnosed in March 2015. I'm on a treatment and it is brutal. Langley is Outstanding!

I have seen the same doctor twice at the Ocala office. She said that she was going to call in a prescription for me. It was not called in. I have called and called and left several messages with no call back. Finally I called the Sumterville office and talked to Amanda. She has been amazing. She has gone above and beyond to help me. In my opinion, Amanda is the best. She should be in charge of customer service. You can tell that she truly cares about the patients. I am not impressed with my doctor not doing her job, but I am very impressed with how amazing Amanda has been in trying to help me.

Easy . Friendly staff.. very happy with their service
