Thomas and Company is made up of misleading individuals that do whatever it takes to make themselves better. I recently got called to do an unemployment hearing from Thomas and company and was told that the hearing officials would call me and that I would not need to call in. I sat around by my phone for over a half hour waiting for a call and nothing. I called back and the same person I talked to from before made up a different story. By then it was to late to call into my appeal and when the call was close to ending the CSR representative said that they never said what they originally told me and that I would not be allowed to know any information that took place. Thomas and Company does whatever it takes to screw you of whatever it is you got! I was not allowed to talk to a supervisor or even try to defend my side. Well played Thomas and Company!

This has been a great place to work for me, for six plus years. The co-workers are the best you'll find - professional, and friendly & collaborative. Our department's leader is the best I've had in any company. The work schedule is reasonable and there is some flexibility, and the benefits package is good as well. The company is really growing, so the mood is positive and there are opportunities for growth.

I really value the customer service that T&C provides when I have an issue with a verification, it is unmatched. I have never had any issues with the system, or at least nothing out of the ordinary, you do have to remember that these companies process a lot of information and hiccups happens as with any company that provides a service. That is why customer service is so important and so are attitudes. Because it is very stressful when I need something now, I have to remember that my Now may not be there now, but when the company has proven themselves to you as they have it makes it alright with me.

One of my responsibilities is to do employment verifications for our clients on behalf of El Barrio Workforce Development and various local and state governments that we serve. Last week I used an employment verification tool from Thomas & Company and it was easy to use, quick, and very efficient. Because we are a non profit, we are also focused on expense reduction. I was fortunate to have a tutorial from D Staroska who showed me additional functionality of the tool that will help me make my job a little easier and more efficient in regards to time and cost moving forward. The added functionality makes the site more user friendly, easily navigable, and helps me to find the information I need much more quickly. Thanks for D Staroska and his Team for putting together a terrific tool and resource.

By far the best company that I have worked for. They are very understanding of unfortunate circumstances and family emergencies. They take the time to speak with their employees. The company continues to grow and I am glad to be apart of it.

I contacted this 4 times on their website for a while now and still no response from them when on their website states: Please select the department below that you would like to contact and we will return your message expeditiously. And Form submitted successfully. I still have not received any response and my contact information was provided in my message on message #1, 2, 3, and 4.

I wish I had listened to the reviews and turned down a position working for them. These people are monsters and the worst kind. They will smile in your face, make it seem like a family work environment, but cut you down and talk behind your back.

The turnover rate isn t surprising, they expect so much out of their employees for so little. A college degree doesn t get you anywhere up the corporate ladder. The management gets richer and travels while the little people put in time for next to nothing. I volunteered to help with a different department other than the one I was hired for, and found out they planned on using me there while they took their time finding a new person. The person before warned me about the environment, and I wish I had listened and quit at the time.

The most horrendous part would have to be how they handled (to me) an important life crisis. I was hospitalized for a suicide attempt and left 2 voicemail messages for the supervisor, Jeff. He had personally given everyone in our department his cell number and told us to reach out in case of an emergency. You would think wanting to kill yourself would be one, but I guess not. The department manager, Stephanie, faked concern and told me to take time to get well. Meanwhile the entire time they had packed all of my things and gave it to the staffing agency.I received a call in the hospital telling me I had been terminated. As if that wasn t enough to send someone spiraling back into depression, they implied that I was too friendly with the supervisor and needed to stop calling him because I had his personal number, that he gave the entire department. Mind you, I literally called twice and reached voicemail to keep him updated on my well-being. I guess because they couldn t use me anymore they decided to get rid of me.

With that being said, don t waste your time. The insurance benefits come at a ridiculous cost. (Upper management doesn t even use it.) It s a very fake friendly environment and I regret giving them the time of day.

Great place to work, with really committed team members devoted to their clients' continued success. They've implemented key roles in leadership devoted to the culture and environment of the company because they are focused on constant improvement. They truly are focused on finding the best processes to fit the organization's needs, and don't settle for anything less than the best client and employee experience.
