I am working from past 5 yrs in Tps, the most amazing part of this company is it does not let you feel like you are a employee. It feels like a family. Work is good and great seniors to guide. I thinks it's a worst place to work at! They call you many times before interview and when you reach there will be no one at the room then someone came and will take your interview which is totally non professional manner i think it's the silly place to get job at!

I myself had a very good experience to work here bcoz i had learnt many new skill and a very good team members & also a friendly environment.
They call you for interview and make you wait for 2 hours and then start taking interviews of those candidates who came after you (Just because they look more professional). No value for candidate's time. Worst experience.
Amazing place to work...I have been working for 8+ yrs and everyone on the team has been very helpful and cooperative...The company has good experience of working with top IB's which in turn gives great opportunity to learn
