Needs better management and earlier breaks for those collating stickers to be mailed. For all employees working 3pm- 11pm; 1st break should be at 6pm 20 minutes and 2nd break at 9pm 10 minutes.

My entire experience with Think Patented was the mark of professional work and personal service: It started Wednesday when I received a digital copy of a booklet, and a deadline of the following Monday. I called the number on the business card I had and left a message. My call was returned promptly, even though he was out of town. I was set up with Client Services, and in a flurry of phone calls and emails, the project was edited, the cover designed, the proofs confirmed, and the following Monday 25 copies were at their destination, with the rest sitting in my house for shipping later. Competitive pricing, timely service, personal touch -- it was all stellar. An important note I would add: I'm not a big client. I run a small operation, and this was a small print job (500 booklets.) They still treated me like I was a priority and this meant the world to me. 5 stars.

It is a wonderful place to have any kind of cards paper work or business cards made. They do beautiful work with graphics also.

Outstanding customer service -- they care about their clients and do not try to sell you on stuff you don't need. Top-of-the-line work at affordable prices. As I work for a large nonprofit, this is truly appreciated. And the staff is so friendly and helpful, I count several of them as friends, not just business associates.

Tammy is a Rockstar! Our mattress rep. made some every door direct mailers for us through Think Patented; and the mailers turned out better than we expected! Quality and price was the best. However, since we decided to mail them ourselves, we had an issue due to a permit number. I called Think Patented as soon as I found out, and Tammy went above and beyond to get us a solution. She took care of it from contacting our local USPS office to arranging a special exception to allow us to get the mailers sent out. Tammy stayed in contact with us throughout the whole process, and hands down it was the most pleasant customer service experience ever. Thank you!!
