Took a class on classic french sauces and it was a blast. Lots of fun. Chef Olive was great and very informative and the hands on aspect was so helpful! He really helped me to understand the chemical interactions between the ingredients and why you do things a certain way. He also showed me how to fix things that other people had not done very well so you could get them to an "edible" stage. I can't wait to try things at home! Highly recommended!!
I was so thrilled and amazed by the way this event was handled. A truly professional team of expert servers and cooks made the service areas nearly invisible, and this wasn t easy in a home built in 1954! The impeccable service reminded me that, as a 48-year resident of the area, the name Thierry always came to mind as the very finest in the region.
