Worst service, inflexible management, and rude people overall. I have never heard of a more inefficient and unprofessional group of people in my career. Not only did it take them over a week to respond to an email, but they refused to be helpful or flexible with the birth of my newborn. Apparently the management all went to human resources school, but there was nothing human nor resourceful about them. Avoid!
