I was hopeful based on the recommendations, but my experience was far from satisfactory. The staff seemed overwhelmed and not very attentive, which made me feel overlooked during my visit. The waiting time was longer than I anticipated, and I left feeling like my concerns weren't thoroughly addressed. I appreciate healthcare professionals, but communication here could use some improvement. 🕰️😕
