Terrible customer service. They refuse to honor their warranties. Fraud

I have had their Patio II grill now for 14 years. It still works PERFECTLY and the stainless steel has never rusted at all. The burners were replaced once (free of charge!) and I love it. My friends who said I was crazy to spend that much on a grill have purchased 5 or 6 of the cheap "stainless" grills from the big box home improvement stores thus spending twice as much as I have and I still have my grill.

I have had the TEC Sterling II for over two decades. Yes, you do have to replace parts when you use it all the time. After replacing the ceramic burners and SS grates, along with some cleaning, this thing is looking and working like new! The 100% SS construction of TEC grills is the best! Regarding covers, I tried cheap grill covers at 1/4th the cost but they only last 1/5th the time, so go original. Tip - use clear corner protectors to make cover last longer, look up COZILIFE Corner Protector. Everyone LOVES my burgers and steaks, so juicy on the inside. Also fresh wild caught salmon is the best seared high on this and then low heat until done YUMMY in the tummy.
