Beware that half of the 5 star reviews on google for this brokerage are from employees of Red Pin.

I'm currently looking into a property with Red Pin and one of their agents and will update this review as I go along. So far, communication is good. The agent assign to me, Sunny, has sent me a few properties to choose from for viewing in a week.

And yes they subscribe you to their email listing without your consent when you view listing on their site. They also called me after signing up.

Right know i give them 2 stars due to there search page. If i type a city and then if i select condo it goes to a no category page. then says try a different search.

Chelo Duenas Garcia helped me find a new home - she knows the market, gave me excellent service and she was very attentive every step of the way. I would definitely use her again and will recommend her to my friends in the future.

Do not deal with this firm, they are extremely unprofessional. I first asked one of the agents for information and when I gave him my email address he spams me everyday even after i asked him repeatedly to remove me from his list but he refused.
