Core Collab Reformer-Copied from a post I made on Reddit In my search for ordering an at home reformer I eventually decided to order through Core Collab and wanted to share my experience as there doesn’t seem to be much out there as far as reviews and detailed information on the process. I ordered my Eco Reformer early September because they were having a really good sale that included accessories I would otherwise have to pay for separately. The website said they would start shipping early October and I received my reformer on October 30th which I didn’t expect to take that long, but I guess it makes sense since you basically are receiving a personal freight shipment. (It came in a literal wooden shipping crate). Customer service has been incredible and I have sent about 5 texts with questions/concerns and always received a response with in minutes. I thought I was missing a few items and found out they are shipped separately, not missing. I saw a few other comments from people that said items were missing and thought this may be helpful info. Overall, I am extremely happy and honestly relieved. It was kind of nerve wracking taking a chance on going with this company vs other names like Balanced Body that have a lot of reviews and information to back it up. I ended up saving about 2k by going with Core Collab and would 100% do it all over again. Just be prepared to wait!
