Their staffs needs to be trained better. They are so nasty and hostile towards . Every time you call before you can finish speaking, they already have you on hold. Mean while when you do get to speak to someone, they have an attitude. I Wish i could have giving them zero stars....

Receptionists are very rude. They leave you on hold for 10 minutes while they looked up my name. Unfortunately the lawyers are ok. Beware of the receptionists at this lae firm.

Mr. Yankowitz had my case for 5 years. I had a terrible accident. At first he seemed to be interested. But then he became less and less confident in himself to settle my case. As I was and still in pain from this injury he did not seem to care. He made appointments for depositions about 20 and they kept cancelling them. Then he made a court date and never notified me. Then he claimed I did not show up for the court date. How can I show up for a court date if I don't know about it. I believe he settled the case on his own accepting money settlement for himself and his office. I would not advice anyone to use this law firm he did not get one penny for me. But he did for himself. This man is a bad person and does not care about his clients. He did absolutely nothing for me or my case, I would get screamed at by him and his people in his office. Please don't use this lawyer
