Nice people. Didn't have the weird size we needed, but well stocked none the less

tried to return 3 pairs of pants that I spent well over a hundred dollars on and just because i washed them I can't return them. Duh! I always wash my new pants because I don't know how many people have tried them on before I bought them. The point is i just wanted to exchange them for loose fit because the relaxed fit was just to tight for me. I'll admit I should have tried them on first my mistake but now I'm stuck with pants I can't wear. really just makes me mad I've never been to a store that had that kind of policy. I guess customer satisfaction doesn't matter anymore as long as they get your money

They have a very good selection. My husband and I always go here for his fr needs and to get his work clothes

Son who is the military was in town, he bought a couple of shirts. He didn't like one, never worn never wash. Went to bring it back and they required exact same card - which is with my son has who's stationed in another state

Carhartt is all I'll wear and the staff at this store is customer service personified.

Great prices on Carhartt clothing. Lots of stock in clothing for the working class people who work hard and get rough in the elements. Large selection. Helpful employees. Easy to find. Scored a decent deal on composite toe work boots, 4 pairs of pans and safety sunglasses along with 2 more pairs of pants and a hat for the wife for $345. Happy customer and will return in the future for more needed work wear.

I was looking for some workpants and the staff was very friendly and I absolutely love the carrharts I purchased! I called to see if they had anymore of that style in stock and Kyle went above and beyone to help me, he was very polite, professional and very helpful! Because of his wonderful customer service I will definitely be back to shop here!

Really disappointed with their women s department. They carried very limited styles and were out of many sizes. Women need workwear too!

had to buy an FR coat for a plant job but didn't want to drop $300 so was shopping around, they had a xxl Carhartt on the clearness rack 20% off (no hood) I was thinking about it but wasn't ready to pull the trigger, owner was even helping me with sizes for other ideas to save money, went with the coat in the end, owner included the hood free of charge & dropped price to $150,
I will defiantly be referring the other welders I work with and be returning for future business

Horrible excuse for a Workwear store. I have been going there for years off and on. I have never bought anything there. Their women's selection is next to a non-existent. Their mens selection does not have a wide variety of sizes. The employees dont know much about carhartt products and cannot answer questions. I would never advise anyone to visit this store.

The reason I'm giving this store one star is because it closes at 6pm and the selection for women is nill. Why would a clothing store that sells work clothes close at 6pm? I don't think this store understands its customers nor does it care that most of us working folk actually work past 5pm or 6pm. Shame on you Workwear Store!

Very friendly staff, they have carhart, ariat and other brands in FR, the also have steel toe boots. Perfect us professionals in the industries that require this kind of PPE.

Great customer service and very competitive prices.

Purchased a jacket at the store. I took off the tags and put it on once I got home. When I got in to my truck there is so much material in the hood that I felt like it was forcing my head forward. It was extremely uncomfortable. I attempted to return it and was told without the tags there was nothing they could do. The jacket has been worn for approximately 10 minutes. Now I'm stuck with a product I will never wear. Thanks. If you like Carhartt products buy them at JAX just down the road. Stay away from the outlet mall!
