Led by experienced instructor Sarah Frick, The Works offers a unique blend of powerful vinyasa yoga, meditation, breathwork, plyometrics, core work, and strength training.

At The Works, we believe that fitness is about more than just physical strength. Our holistic approach to wellness emphasizes the mind-body connection and encourages our clients to cultivate mindfulness both on and off the mat. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, our classes are designed to challenge you both physically and mentally.

Our signature class is The Works 60 - a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that combines yoga-inspired movements with plyometrics and strength training exercises. This full-body workout will leave you sweating from head to toe while also improving your balance, flexibility, and endurance.

In addition to our signature class, we offer a variety of other classes including Power Flow Yoga (a faster-paced vinyasa flow), Restorative Yoga (a gentle practice focused on relaxation), Core & More (a targeted core workout), Meditation & Breathwork (an opportunity to quiet the mind), and more.
