Excellent food and service! Highly recommended. Top marks from us everytime!
Friendly staff, good location. Rooms were clean and well presented albeit somewhat overpriced and seem imaginatively decorated! Dinner in the restaurant was ok. The food was well cooked and tasty but again overpriced. Wicker chairs in the restaurant seemed odd next to the solid wood decor and I think linen rather than paper table cloths wouldn't go amis. Glad we stayed but not sure I would return quickly.
Wonderful food, particular the vegetarian option, friendly staff and even the kids loved their choices from the kids menu!
Good for an overnight stay, warm showers and a warm comfy bed, abit outdated still has a VHS player and numerous cracks in the walls.
Stayed here for three nights. Loved it! The food was good. Breakfast was lovely. Ok so a cooked breakfast was 7:50 but you can help yourself to the buffet too!
Room was big and comfy. I would definitely recommend it for all!
Cosy country style pub, lovely beer garden at the rear.
Food was very tasty, cooked and presented well.
Had a lovely lunch and now dinner great atmospheric and very friendly
Great pub, great atmosphere big garden to the back. Cider was good and the staff were really welcoming too. We loved it!
We love it here. Stay are lovely and friendly including the chef! The food is fantastic. Would highly recommend for both adults and kids.
Very warm welcome from the staff who were excellent throughout are meal. Food very good quality especially the cheese board
Lovely place good food will definitely be going back
Food was good, beer was ok but staff seemed preoccupied with locals around the bar area
Great food and atmosphere to match! You should pay it a visit!!
Booked in advance, a good move as very busy. Lovely food, chef came to see me when I asked about vegan options, very helpful. Dogs allowed. Staff all friendly and other customers. Clean and warm.
Visited a few times now for dinner, exceptional food and a good selection of drinks to choose from, as well as very friendly staff will definitely keep returning
Lovely family friendly environment. Delicious food. Great owner!
Stopped here today for some light bites and a drink. Served by a very helpful young lady. The food was excellent as was the service.
Prices very reasonable too. Highly recommended this place. Lovely pub.
Super food, great beer and friendly staff. The steak is exceptional. There is a wood burning stove and some very comfortable seating. A great place for a relaxing evening. I have been twice in one week and would highly recommend it.
The food is amazing, just has that added bit of passion from the chef. Really cannot recommend this place highly enough. Was very busy this evening and the land lady kept it all ticking over nicely.. a must visit
Friendly staff, accommodating kitchen for my awkward allergies and a great place for a pint or three after walking.
Also has rooms which we'll be looking into next time we visit Wookey.
Unusual for a pub to maintain a standard for twenty years and I think three owners, but they have. Still a good place to eat.
Brilliant day out, so much to see and do. You need flat shoes as very uneven floor. Well worth the money.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating. As it was a Sunday, there was a set menu but there was still plenty of choice. Portion sizes were big and the food was lovely.
Staff very cheerful and helpful. Good pub food. Children friendly.
Clean room for the price. Was pleasantly surprised. Lovely little village also
Beautiful country inn with amazing food and hospitality. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff who are very professional and friendly. A great selection of drinks including guest ales and cosy accommodation. Perfect retreat for a weekend away!
Lovely meal at the Wookey Hole Inn. Friendly and attentive service with good-quality food. Highly recommended.
Lovely food and warm friendly service from the staff
Great food, friendly helpful staff. Lovely location, excellent rooms.
Wonderfully welcoming pub with a good selection of beers and the food is fabulous, it's a must if your in the area, make the effort to visit.
Lovely pub great food really friendly staff made us feel very welcome
Very expensive for what you see , not worth taking family.
Had a very enjoyable family meal here. The food was excellent, nice atmosphere and friendly staff. The surrounding area is absolutely beautiful too.
Great two night stay at the Wookey hole hotel, really nice room, great staff, amazing part of the country, well worth a visit, really close to glastenbury village, would come again but didn't rate the food, only negative although there are plenty of places to eat within the vicinity
Great food, great host I like the way the paper table cloths can be drawn on by the children and the children where encouraged to and loved it. Very children friendly with toys and books available. Bathroom facilities could be improved as only baby changing was available in the ladies which ment we had to prop the door open so women visiting knew I was in there and the facilities were also limited. However I would still highly recommend a visit if your passing though or visiting the area.
Good food reasonably priced.
Helpful staff with good music.
Excellent food and great service.
Lovely restaurant with a warm ambiance. Food was amazing, will definitely return.
Superb.
Friendly staff. Good, honest food and decent beer.

We have just returned from a one night stay (two rooms) booked with our family and dog. We had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. We were made to feel welcome straight away, had an amazing meal at the restaurant with great food and drinks. Relaxed friendly environment with a 5* approach to guests. We will definitely be back!! Thanks for a great experience.
Lovely staff and very tasty food and good ale. Kids loved drawing on the paper table cloth, what a good idea.
Lovely food, very friendly staff. Rooms could do with a little TLC but don't let this put you off. The whole place has a great vibe.
Location and price were phenomenal! Would have been nice to have a fridge in the room, and I found the mattress incredibly hard. I fixed this by folding over the extra duvet and using that as a mattress pad and it worked fine. Have a wander around dusk; you're bound to see tons of bunnies!
The good is great here, large portions and bistro standard. Everyone was friendly. The icecream is the best i have ever had
Excellent pub. Friendly, snug place. Great beers and food.
Awesome food, great staff and a great friendly atmosphere. what more could you ask for!
Well run hotel, rooms are clean and tidy. Staff are very friendly and happy to help.
