The westin peachtree plaza, atlanta Review

I initially meant to write this review right after my stay and late september, however I wasn't able to do so but I would be remiss if I didn't know how excellent our hotel stay was! Everyone from the valet to the check-in process, all the way to the room service and attentive concierge, everybody was efficient, friendly and fast!
My family and I definitely plan on staying here again, the rooms were very nice and so were the meeting areas where we attended a wedding! It was beautiful, elegant and very well put together.

We had a great stay. We had issues with our room keys working on the elevators, but other than that it was great. Walk throughs to America's mart, was handy. Great workout room. We had a great gentleman named Mel Gilmore Jr. Who came to our room, loaded all our luggage and got it all loaded into the vehicle for us. He was absolutely amazing.

Excellent Stay! I was a little worried after reading the bad reviews online, but my stay was fantastic. Booked a Traditional King on one of the higher floors. The view was breathtaking, the room was nice and clean, check-in was easy, and all of the staff I interacted with were very kind. Me and my husband enjoyed the bar and in-room dining service. Note to other guests: The SunDail is only available on certain days of the week at this time. Make sure you schedule your trip accordingly to enjoy it. I will absolutely be staying here again!

Overall this hotel was nice and convenient to restaurants, downtown attractions and even a mini mart for snacks.
I was a little disappointed in the initial bellhop service and the rust on the tile at the drain point of the shower.
Room service was pricey as expected but nevertheless it was good and arrived within the time that was promised.
The Valet service is extremely pricey, but worth it for the safety of your vehicle.
Upon checking out Mel Gilmore had outstanding services, he handled our luggage with care and made sure that it made it all the way to the car.

The good - Clean room, plenty of electric outlets, and amazing views.
The bad- you won't get free wifi unless you sign up for the Marriott program, and even then, it's not user friendly. Food at the cafe is so expensive. Staff was decent, but not stellar (except for Melvin at the lobby, he is super helpful).

I m sure the staff of the hotel are lovely themselves, but do not expect to use their valet parking service. I had driven 5 hours to spend a night for a concert near this hotel, arrived at a little passed 5pm, and they had no parking. Any of the available parking lots near the hotel couldn t accommodate my pickup due to the extremely narrow pathways, and I did not feel safe walking any distance at nearly 9 at night. The only plus side was I was able to cancel my reservation without being charged for the stay, given I didn t even get to set foot in the actual hotel

First off I want to start by saying the staff that works the desk is amazing. They were very accommodating and respectful. They alone make the stay bearable. However the cleaning staff needs to be trained in dusting and wiping down the rooms in a time such as this. The sheets had stains (not from us) and the sheets looked as if they needed to be replaced. On top of that the hustlers that were hustling under the over hang around the check in area should not have been allowed to do so. I understand the hustle trust me, however there is a time and a place for it and that just wasn't it. They could have at least respected the hotel and went away from that area. It made me uneasy especially with everything going on right now. It's was more of a 3 star hotel not 4.5. I unfortunately won't be staying here when I come back to visit my friends and family.

We had an amazing weekend here! Great breakfast bar, room service, great staff and fabulous views from our room! One staff member in particular totally deserves a raise and a promotion, Mel Gilmore. So helpful and very sweet! We hope to see him again soon!

Honestly was it worth $500 for a night.. ABSOLUTELY NOT. The room was a normal room nothing exciting or extra. The bathroom was VERY small the shower could have been redone. Shower head was nice though... The only thing that would get a 5 stars was the view.

Getting ready for a conference at the Westin this winter. Had the opportunity to spend some time in order to plan our work. What a wonderful, attentive team who are well versed in the ways to optimize the facility for comfort and safety. The property is clean, the staff are gracious and the views are spectacular. It was a full moon the night I stayed. I could barely sleep for gazing out of the windows and just enjoying the view. The rooftop restaurant is not open every night (bummer!) but there are good restaurants in the block.
