Nice lobby, friendly staff, dated rooms, with poor noise insulation for an airport hotel and if you are a transiting passenger horrible shuttle service from airport to hotel. More than 45 min wait on two different occasions.

When we arrived at the hotel we were given a non smoking room but when we got to our floor the the floor reeked heavily of marijuana. When we got to our room the smell was in our room as well. We called the front desk they said they would send security up. An hour later the smell was so strong my daughter with asthma couldn't walk down the hall and it was getting worse in our room. My husband called back down to the desk and he said well we will just move you at this point we were now settled with an almost asleep child.another hour went by and our a/c wouldn't work our room was super hot they sent up a fan but it was super uncomfortable all night. When we checked out the manager didn't even seem to care said she would have to talk to the night manager to find out what happened. This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel it seemed more like a 2 star hotel.Staff was very rude.

When I walked into my room, I was in awe. The beds were very neat and the mattress was incredibly comfortable. I remember walking into the bathroom impressed by the folding of the towels and how gorgeous the shower was. The shower nobs were very simple to use, giving it a homey feel. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I would highly recommend going.

Nice and clean hotel, friendly staff. 24/7 shuttle to the airport and no appointments needed. Good gym though some equipment are squeaky. Easy Uber to Manhattan Beach. $40/night for parking and $15 to connect to WiFi.

This review is unfortunately not based on other Westin experieces but plenty of traveling and hotel/customer service experiences. This hotel is amazing especially if you have a pet! They allow pups up to 40lbs and only charge for damage, no deposit! Also no deposit for the stay either which is nice and different compared to many hotels in the LA area. They bring a bed/dog bowls/ treats for our pup. They have a pool(outdoor). No free breakfast but has a restaurant and gift shop. The beds are so comfy! Romm came with super nice smelling(white tea) toiletries. Great starbucks coffee and a robe to wear. Great showers with hose attachment. Amazingly fast free wifi! Great room service! Fast check-in(refreshments(flavored water) available while waiting). Only place to walk pups though is in the front terrace(decent patch of grass). Rooms are comfy and fairly solid for sound; there is carpet which makes a good sound barrier while other hotels have laminate or wood flooring that makes the rooms hollow and noisy.all in all, great room! Super satisfied for being right by the airport! You can find cheaper rates online too!

Was there for a jewelry show so not sure about rooms..nut I can say that it's still a beautiful hotel for its age and the staff I interacted with were very courteous. I have stayed in a few Westins and they are are my hotel of choice when I have no budgetary concerns. Always clean and has professional staff.

Okay stay; clean rooms, and friendly staff. But, Jet noise is nonstop due to busy airport almost adjacent to hotel parking. Parking for guests at this hotel is $46.00 a night, no exception. Our next visit to L.A., we will look for a hotel with free parking or at least discount parking for the guests. This added to the cost of our trip, keep in mind when you booking your room and considering the room costs per night.

I attended a professional event here at the Westin. All staff were courteous and professional. Not a speck of dirt in sight throughout. Only off thing was that the restroom sinks seemed bery fidgity, choosing when and when not to work. Overall, extremely positive experience.

Terrible. Quick list:

Terrible. Quick list:

1. Kennel directly outside window to enjoy non-stop barking of a thousand dogs? Check.
2. Outrageous parking fees for "guest" and visitors alike? Check.
3. 2 settings on shower, off or scalding hot? Check.

Add to that things like the $15 deodorant I bought at the gift shop... do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else.

If you are thinking of parking your here, DONT. Do yourself a favor and go to the parking spot. We arrived at the airport at 6, waited for an hour to get picked up from terminal 2! I called three times and I was told it s every 20-25 minutes. That s BS because I waited for a whole hour.

The shuttle driver arrived and he refused to let us use the ramp because it was not working really Westin!? So inclusive and considerate. we had to picked my son up the stairs with the help of another passagers because it was raining badly.

Save your valuable time! Go somewhere else.

Don't waste your money, get a better expensive hotel where you don't have to pay for wifi and parking ($40 a night). The room was okayish, like I said not worth the money we paid. I would give this zero, but i can not.

I'm currently lying in bed in my hotel room writing this review. There's no other way to put it: this place sucks. I expected way more from a Westin, to be honest. I am from San Diego and have stayed at the Westin in the Gaslamp a few times and each time has been a fantastic experience. The Westin LA Airport, however, does not live up to the standard the Westin is supposed to carry. I'm not a hotel snob by any means, but when you pay $250 for a room you expect certain standards that fit that criterion. The room looked old and had super poor lighting. I felt as if I were walking into some dirty old motel. The furniture and faux-wood headboards had fingerprints all over them. No sugar or creamer for coffee. If you park in the structure it is $35 for overnight. That is insane. Lastly, the walls are paper-thin and you hear every door slam, conversations, footsteps above you, etc. Overall not a great experience. I'd advise you not to book this location solely for the purpose of not getting what you pay for.

First time staying here as I usually stay at the LAX Marriott up the street (short notice, couldn t get a room). Definitely a good alternative. I wouldn t hesitate to stay here again if need be but the hotel is a wee bit dated and a renovation could do wonders.

Room was nice, clean, spacious and airy but the walls seem rather thin. My bathroom sink was leaking on the floor but that was taken care of quickly. The bed though.....good lord, I see why it s called the Westin Heavenly Bed. It s WONDERFUL, like a warm hug you get to sleep in. I want one for my house :-) Great customer service and the staff was very attentive as well.

As far as service and options go it was fantastic and the rooms were great as a whole. We ran into issues with our air conditioner and water pressure. While those could be issues with just the one room the fact that the air was running but not cooling the room adequately was a bit disconcerting. Again I would stay here again but would prefer it under better room conditions.

It's OK... Really close to airport. Decent room B-. Super overpriced food, even more ridiculous parking. I mean, I'm staying in your hotel parking should be discounted at the very minimum. Other than that it was just ok
