Built in 2006, it s a newer place for the Chicago metro area. Therefore it doesn t have to get by on renovations like so many others. Outstandingly priced during the pandemic, a must-stay. Dingy window for scenery panoramas though.
We just got here and I'm in shock at how run down these rooms are. I mean seriously peasant accommodations lol. First of all Westin is known for their "Heavenly Beds" this is a 59.99 mattress I'm sitting on. Hard and uncomfortable The thick blush robe you're use to at a Westin? Not here, they have the ghetto thin version.
The floors are stained. The room is totally outdated. The beds are super hard. There is wood from the 90's all over the room. The drapes are falling off. The lamps are dented and don't match.
It was 83 degrees in the room on a 60 degree day when we arrived. They didn't even bother to turn the air on. I honestly cannot believe Marriott is claiming this hotel. I've never been more disappointed with a hotel EVER. ESPECIALLY A MARRIOTT! Smh I'm here for a dance convention and I'll probably catch Covid, Aids and bedbugs while I'm here. Zero stars, seriously
Super nice and clean place, specially coffee shop, baristas are very knowledgeable and place was sparkly clean. Definitely best in hotel coffee shop I ever been. Definitely coming back for sure. Thanks Westin
Love staying here. Simple and easy check in and check out. They upgraded our room so that was nice. Only thing to mention they should check all the drains in the showers. Ours was backed up.
Nice big hotel and very friendly service. We've never stayed in a Westin Hotel before so we were very impressed just by appearance when we walked in the lobby. Loved the comfortable beds and pillows. Probably the best beds we've ever slept in in a Hotel. Breakfast buffet was good too.
Front desk was amazing, will stay here Everytime I'm out this way, clean, beautiful, and peaceful. Couldn't have asked for a better stay.
Very nice and clean hotel in a quiet and safe area. Plenty of restaurants, bars and shopping nearby. The staff were very friendly too. Check in process was quick
We came here for an event called frosty faustings which is an annual fighting video game tournament and this hotel was quite amazing! Our room was massive and super clean! Not to mention they accommodated the tournament very well! Tons of mini bars and food areas were open so I was able to snack and have a few drinks while watching the tournament! Will definitely come back again!
Went to this place for my honeymoon and I had a great time and it is 30 mins from a beach. There are a bunch on places to go around it. The hotel had a restaurant attached to it, a big pool and a 24 hour gym
Westin is fantastic, although I didn t stay here the night. I was here for the latin dance competition. The hall the competition was in was great and the whole staff was very polite and helpful.
