Not that good at making decisions and teachers have left a GCSE class 6 months away from exams. And they also changed my English Teacher one month from exams (us students did a partition and got over 50 signitures and they still didn't change it back and didn't give us a good reason).

Also lack of teachers in science department. In year 9 got a science substitute teacher as a substitute tutor for a year and on some days I had a substitute tutor for a substitute tutor .

So my opinion:
Staff may be friendly and they might have a lot of technology but teachers will change a lot and you or your kid will get a substitute teacher for a substitute teacher.
