I would never recommend the Weils to anyone. After my mother's horrible experience there, under 12 hours, the administration at the Weils and Menorah Park would not provide any details of what happened to her or take accountability for the mistakes made by their staff. Menorah Park and the Weils apparently prefer to sweep their problems under the rug rather than treat their clients and families with dignity and respect.

Call buttons are never answered promptly, I generally waited over 30 min
This place should be shut down they are not doing what they supposed to do to stop employees and residents from catching covid and now It s running rampant through the building a lot of cross Contamination I feel so sorry for those residents do not work here
This place was awful! My 80 year old legally blind father was sent here to rehab. He felt like he was being warehoused. Horrible food. Never got it right. Impatient aids. Ridiculously long waits for help. Staff wasn't always truthful. Had to ask for a decent mattress. He is legally blind and for 2 days they didn't even know and therefore didn't help him. Run away if you are sent here.
My mother was well care for at Weils Rehab. Very attentive staff, great food, PT and OT were very helpful. Also had nutrition and wound care services. The nursing staff are very professional and friendly. Facility is clean and modern, private rooms, nicely accommodated.
Management needs to work on interpersonal skills very rude customer service just imagine how they would talk to your loved one thumbs down!!!
I have been living at the Weils for 9 months. The people are very nice. Any time I need anything, the staff is very helpful. I have a very nice apartment. There is a great deal of excellent entertainment to choose from. I think the staff is wonderful and they make me feel very comfortable here. The food is pretty good. I enjoy the exercise classes they have here, and the different types of lectures.
My wife's experience has been outstanding. A full staff of caring, competent people have provided the best support I can imagine. A beautiful, exceptionally well maintained facility. The few changes I requested have been promptly and graciously made. Such a quality rehab should have been impossible to get into. But they are not yet full up.
This facility used to be fantastic. New Management took over recently and it went from being absolutely phenomenal to absolutely horrible... Do not consider this place for your loved one. There are much better options available. Stay away from this facility especially for rehab and/or any type of physical therapy. It's really sad that this horrible new management took over because a lot of the staff were so kind, compassionate and sweet. Unfortunately, the staff must pay the price for this pathetic new corporate management in place.
The rehab facility was awful. They put a 95 year old fall victim with dimentia in a bed with no sides or alarms. No water pitcher for someone suffering from dihydration. No one come in regularly to check on the patient either. The room was not clean. Furniture was beat up and old. Broken plastic storage container in the bathroom
