A Pleasant Surprise ! We were traveling from Sugarloaf to Belgrade area and stopped here by chance. The Host, waitress, and food were excellent. There were 4 of us and we each had full and different entres and each dinner was excellent. Don t miss the opportunity to stop there for a meal Sincerely RMC
Excellent food, great staff, live music, and a great view. We just moved to Readfield and found this hidden gem.
Not only a good restaurant! Stick around on Friday and Saturday evenings for most fun than you can imagine downstairs in the bar. Kareoke night was a blast. This place is tucked away in the town of Readfield but is worth the drive.

Walked in on trivia night had a hard time getting a seat ,beer was very cold ,and had some chowder that was good ! If you were looking to eat as a family you would not have had a table, the lounge was closed may be opening that up would solve the seating problem on trivia night .

This place has been here forever. I came here with my grandparents back in the early 80's! Great location and a warm and friendly staff but the food was mediocre at best the day we visited.
Great Karaoke by Jeff. The House Band featuring GiGi should not be missed.Megan makes a great Mudslide in the bar. Sam makes a great drink at the upstairs bar. Looking out at the lake from the deck is refreshing.

great food is pricey. great music. waitress didnt seem to know anything about the menu and tried to charge me for things included in the meal as extras and forgot to bring parts of the meals out was my first time there and had to remind waitress what they forgot. menu did not list any beverages. waitress never asked if we wanted any refills. very poor service.
Good music, good food, best restaurant experience in the Augusta area by far. We have always had a great time over many years.

Friendly staff, knowledgeable, and always a joyous conversation to be had. Karaoke on Friday nights, always packed and always fun! The House Band plays on Saturday nights, enjoy your dinner then head downstairs to the bar and enjoy some fine music. The bartender will keep your glass full, and is never without a smile. A fantastic experience every time I go!
Service was great, food was awesome and they have a refurbished downstairs. Looked awesome and the people were friendly. Highly recommend it if you are looking for a night out or just a place to chill and listen to music.

Went last night , sat down waited about 15 mins just to get a menu and order a drink. Ordered a Mediterranean Flatbread , ny strip , and my gf got the ribs. The food was very good , I'd say easy 8/10 . But the atmosphere was horrendous. There were about 25 children screaming the entire dinner. And I get it kids gotta eat but I shouldn't be paying 110$ to have to listen to kids scream though my entire dinner. Might as well have gone to chucky cheese. Needless to say I will not be returning. Service 6/10 , food 8/10 , atmosphere 0/10.

Views of the lake were great and the wait staff was pleasant but the service was very slow. Food very expensive and just not that good. Bar band downstairs was so loud that it vibrated the entire floor the dining room. Quite a disappointment. We won't be returning.

A year ago I gave 5 stars for the great atmosphere, servers and great food. Since new owners, just yuk. Food dry, meat tasted funny, ribs so stringy. Won't be rushing to go back.

Interesting food, reliably well prepared, enjoyable. and satisfying in a comfotable country setting. Music is excellent as well on the nigjts they have it. Their Sunday brunch is a treat, several cuts above anything else north of Brunswick. And their menu special items often surprise and delight.

We were staying nearby in a cabin, looking for a late night meal. When we arrived, we were fairly sure the kitchen was closing or closed - but they said "no problem! have a seat!" and took care of our little family.
The food was tasty and priced fairly. Our highlight was the owner Gigi & our server ?Kaitlyn? [sorry I wish I had written it down] were lovely, engaging, and extremely kind to our young son. In my opinion, hospitality is where it's at here. Thanks to the staff, we had a nice meal, lots of smiles & Max enjoyed solving the puzzles they shared!
We had a delicious hot spinach and artichoke dip with seasoned crustinis Followed by the prime rib au ju, and chocolate cake. DEVINE!!
The food was not good. The staff is pleasant, but not dressed appropriately. Chicken cordon bleu was overcooked, presentation was lack luster
Spouse's chowder was served cool; had to be returned for reheating. Chowder was ok after heating. House salads and house dressings were excellent.

Great fun local place with a good local band on Wednesday nights. Everybody is so friendly. Food is good too. I'm a vegetarian and there are a number of yummy things I like on the menu.
I have been here several times and the food is always good. I really like the steak tips. Portions are good too. It can get crowded because it is very popular with the locals and they know the food is consistently good. It's worth the wait.
Fine view of the lake with interesting daily specials. Fine place for a quick drink or a leisurely meal. We canoe there from our place on the lake and then canoe back not quite so quickly. There is a handy landing right there for small boats.
